Pros: 1. Very well decorated property with good service. 2. Clean, hygienic environment. 3. Swimming pool & beautifully decorated garden 4. Security guard posted at main gate 5. Room sizes are larger than average. 6. Food quality & quantity of in-house restaurant is very good. 7. Mini refrigerator was provided in room, that was an appreciable addition. 8. Attached balcony area of each room is a good place to relax 9. Behavior of people managing the place is good & proactive 10. Remote location gives this place the peace, one needs to stay away from the noisy city-life. 11. The property covers a large area, surrounded by wall. So, there is plenty of space to stretch your legs. 12. Wifi coverage was really nice during my stay. Internet access was truly there. Cons: 1. Being situated at a remote location, you either need your personal transport or need to book a local transport during the days of your stay here. Because, i couldn't find availability of shared public transport anywhere near the property. 2. Again, due to remote location, there is no place to eat or have snacks nearby this property. No shops or restaurants at all. Hence, for food, you have to be completely dependent on the in-house restaurant. 3. Though i found zomato delivering to this location, getting outside food inside the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort will depend on management's permission. 4. During power-cuts, ac remains unavailable. Though power backup is there for all other electrical connection.

The only downside is it's location; it being completely isolated from the town makes its difficult & time consuming for arranging vehicles to travel around. I found this property through makemytrip and thanks the team for helping to find the actual destiny where we can enjoy our weekend with our family. The resort is near from prantik railway station and it is covered with nature and really family friendly. Room was very neat and clean. It was very comfortable. Hotel staffs were very helpful and i suggest you it's a best place where your money is used properly.

Had a great time, the ambience was good, the room was good and the food was nice too. The only issue is the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort location, the location set in the mm t app is different from the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort location, had to ask local people to find the location, it was 200 to 300m far from the given location and no advertising board was present. Thank you.

It was a great stay. The management was cooperative and the area the resort resides is calm and serene. It has a big pool where you can enjoy with your family and friends. It's a couple friendly resort, just you have to have a proper identification of yourself. You can rely on them. The fooding prices can be a little cheaper ir else overall it was a great experience. Hope to visit again.

Location is quite far from the main town. You will have to hire a toto to travel. Food was totally amazing and healthy. 10 stars for that. Staff behavior was very very polite. Always available on call. Interior view of the resort was quite pleasant. If you are looking for a peaceful stay and pleasant food within nominal budget. This is the right place.

The location of the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city which suited us very well. The food was fairly priced and excellent. We only ordered bengali dishes so i am unable to comment on the quality of other food items. The staff were very helpful and polite. Looking forward to visiting again

Behavior is the best part whenever you stay in a STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort. Every staff of this STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort they communicate with the guests keep a good behaviour.

The resort in a village near prantik. All the staff are very cooperative. Their behavior covers up all the gaps that management should look into.

It was really nice experience, the ambience and the nature beauty was amazing. But the road was bad and the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort connectivity also not so good. Don’t rely on google maps. You can directly call the STAYMAKER Gharana Hotel and Resort reception and ask the direction. Overall it’s very good experience.

The rooms were average. The view inside the premises was beautiful. Need to clean the cupboards inside the room. The real problem is the location. The area outside the resort was not safe and the roads were in bad condition with almost no public vehicles available

The only downside about gharana is probably that it is very secluded. Food is excellent and service is also very good. The staff are very courteous and cooperative. Will definitely visit again.

Best to visit with friends, love the pool and the varanda. The food quality is great. Staffs are great.

Rooms are clean, sanitized but temperature wasn't checked at the time of check-in.
