Terrible Stay

The services at the stay was horrible. None of the devices were working. The road to the property was real bad. So and that it can damage the property. Whenever asked for anything the housekeeping were answering that they are new and can’t help with our ask.

I booked this property for 3 days with family. Worst experience ever. I was with my 6 year old son and wife. This property is located 15km away from conoor and there is no food provided other then one vendor who got his own attitude. Their vendor sometime come at 10 or 11 for breakfast. He never provided lunch, and for dinner we have to beg to come on time as we were hungry from last 10 hours. Food quality was very bad. WHEN I BOOKED THIS PROPERTY THEY CALLED ME AND SAID YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE FROM SWIGGY AND ZOMATO. BUT GUESS WHAT THERE NO SWIGGY AND ZOMATO DELIVERY AT ALL. WRONG COMMITMENT AND POOR SERVICE. I WILL NOT SUGGEST THEM EVEN TO MY ENEMY.

coupleIts a colonial villa on a very isolated rough road. The house for 2 seems to be too quiet and dull. I stepped out immediately i entered the property.

Very beautiful property. Lovely location. Nice villa. We enjoyed our stay as a family. Well furnished kitchen and o the amenities. Food catering service was okay, and on the last day we had to raise an escalation to get the breakfast before the check out time. Care taker was also not upto the mark. Hardly interacted with us. In the last day, didn't even turn up when he had to handover the keys. Good indoor games/ board games are available for playing as a family and the music surround system is a bonus! overall, beautiful place. Well located between conoor and ooty. The garden is beautiful too.

familyZolas stay is a private house in a gated community called Ketty homes. it's a large 3 bhk house fully furnished with cutlery and provisions. there is a caretaker on call who can help with few things. mostly you are on your own to manage the stay. house is clean and in a good scenic location

Decent stay with excellent 360 degree view of hills and greenery

The stay experience was decent, with breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and greenery, the night sky. The only issue was with the hospitality, where the caretaker seemed too unfriendly and grumpy all the time, and had to be called and reminded for the daily ****es like cleaning the kitchen, bedrooms. The property has a canteen for the guests to order their meals from, but they too had to be called and reminded for meals. On a day, we got our breakfast (that too, just half of what was ordered) at 11am after multiple follow-ups with the canteen person. They made up for it though by sending us early breakfast the next day, but missed an item again. I thought having a better care-taker and a better food experience would make this property much much better, though it is good already.

Good Stay

The stay in zolas retreat in conoor was really good. The ambience of the cottage was impressive. The kitchen had enough utensils & basic common ingredients required for cooking. The interior as well as the surroundings were neat & clean. There were cards for games, books & arrangements for the camp fire, which we really enjoyed. Garden around the cottage was very beautiful & well maintained, from where we got beautiful pictures.
