- the bathrooms weren’t hygienic at all - there was leftovers in the washroom which wasn’t even flushed when we checked in - the washroom WC, basin, hand shower were broken, worn out, rusted - the kitchen was disgusting, fridge was worn out completely - the washroom door locks were broken

Excellent Stay

Lovely spacious place in an absolutely peaceful spot. A pretty large pool with lush open green space around, ticking off aesthetics quite well. Caretakers Ravinderji + 1 are so simple, helpful beings. Much appreciate! Food joints (if not opting for food incl package) are at like 5-6km away, but Zomato and Swiggy are accessible. We had brunch at Soju Art Cafe, would recommend that. Overall a very comfortable, beautiful villa giving value for money

groupLocation wise, it's a remote place with nothing around to see or go to. So, you will be holed up in the villa food - it's catering services and too expensive for the quality of food. At 2000 rs per person for breakfast lunch dinner n high tea, quality of food is very average caretakers are excellent. They take good care. Villa - not at all worth the money. Absolutely no maintenance dirty and horrible bathrooms inside bathroom the shower, jet spray etc don't work properly. This is the case with all 4 rooms. Swimming pool was dirty with crabs in it. Bathrooms had bathtubs with mud in it. So maintenance wise, it's horrible. Caretakers helped clean up but they can't be blamed for poor maintenance of owners.

familyIt was a great experience at bird song villa with a very polite and cooperative care taker also the property of the villa is quite spacious and a big swimming pool to dive in overall a great experience

This place has the right makes of a pleasant stay but is maintained to the standards that you'll expect it to be. The furniture is broken, switches need a refresh and bathrooms in particular are subpar. It is very spacious but poorly maintained. The food via the in-house chefs is great and they will ensure you are happy with the preparations.
