We were a group of 10. We had a family get together here and we ended up having a great time. The villa is beautiful and well maintained and looks exactly how it was in the pictures. . Here are the pros and cons i felt about this property. Pros 1. The one thing that sets this pool villa aside from others is the home theater. It is very well set up with good sound proofing and will give us the feel of actual theater. 2. The pool was in an enclosed space so we had as much fun as we wanted without worrying about disturbing the neighborhood. It was also clean and had adequate towels near the pool. 3. The rooms were exactly like in pictures and were clean. Bathrooms were also very clean. The master bedroom felt luxurious and is worth mentioning. 4. The villa is spacious and feels luxurious. The recommended number of people is 8 considering 2 people in each room. But it can easily accommodate 12 people. Cons 1. There is no food available at property and no option to cook also. But food delivery apps will delivery here and we have many options to choose from since villa is located within the city. Even though we cannot cook, we can use the utensils in kitchen and also use fridge & oven. 2. You may face power issues if you switch on all acs at property. But we managed by using only required acs and did not face any issues. One ac was not working initially but was fixed before 4 pm by technician. It would be better to check-in before evening and verify all the amenities are working. 3. There are no extra beds provided by the property. In our group two people slept on the big sofas in 1st floor. But additional mattress would have been good. The caretaker mr. Sreerangan gave us a tour of the house and helped us with settling in. He also promptly contacted the technician and got the ac fixed fast. Overall we enjoyed the property and want to visit again for similar occasions. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the amenities in the villa like the pool and home theatre and spacious living rooms. However if you are looking for scenic views this property may not be the right fit for you.
