StayVista at West Wind

This bungalow is a great property - spacious, furnished with a lot of taste. The bedroom are large and comfortable. Kitchen has all equipment necessary for cooking, if thats what you wan to do. The whole villla is A/C including the living and dining areas. The beach (swimmable) is just 30 meters away - untouched by any tourist or visitor. There is just one lonely shack at end of beach (Driftwood) but it is a good one with a good open decor & good food. The bungalow has a terrace and balconies and a patio, and place enough for at least 2 cars. The wi-fi works great on the ground floor The only negative was that water system which is electro pneumatic - they do not have an overhead tank which means whenever the electricity trips (common in Goa), the taps immediately go dry - too bad if you are in the middle of a shower. It does have a generator though that can brought on immediately. A big reco to the owners is to have an overhead tank installed (hope they take it seriously). We did not try the jacuzzi which frankly seemed like big tub. Otherwise the property is ideal , peaceful, rural. A word of caution - book this property only if you have a car or a permanent transport because there are no cars / scooter rentals / taxis whatsoever anyplace nearby. A small shopping area - if you need any provisions - is 1.6Km away. The younger crowd who like to be in the midst of bar, restaurants and nightlife will find this place too quite and boring but if that is not a concern, then would recommend go for it. BTW Swiggy Zomato works very well here, though food would come from some distance away

Property is good and the caretaker shiva was very helpful and take care of all the necessary things that we need. Rooms were clean and tidy. Washroom were clean.
