Worst stay ever

familyI had booked the entire property with my family. When I entered, the caretakers were extremely rude. The bathrooms and rooms were not clean. Then I was told that the kitchen access will not be given when clearly it says that the kitchen access will be given. Then the owner started asking for money to access the kitchen ₹7500 just to use the kitchen without providing anything. when we cleared it out with the owner he started abusing everyone and started threatening my family. During checkout, he demanded that ₹7500 plus he came and gave an additional bill of ₹5100 despite we used all our own stuff. I highly recommend not to book this property as there are much better properties.
