The property is located in a peaceful area, but unfortunately, the approach road is in poor condition — full of potholes and stagnant water, especially right in front of the gate, which made access difficult. Inside the property, the swimming pool had a dead crab when we arrived, which was off-putting. Cleanliness was generally good, but we did notice spider webs around the air conditioner in the living area. Another issue was the excessively noisy exhaust fans in all bathrooms. Bathroom towels were not provided, and in one of the bathrooms, both the shower and tap functioned simultaneously, which made it impossible to get hot water properly. The listing mentioned indoor and outdoor games, but when we asked the caretaker, he informed us that there were none available — . Food was average, nothing special. Overall, the stay was okay, but the property and its management could definitely use some improvements to match expectations set on the listing.

Villa is well maintained, clean. Caretaker is a helpful guy, even returned one of my friends phone from outside the villa. We couldn’t use the pool as it was dirty most of the time. There is a small area on the right side of the villa where there is water accumulation. Major drawback is that the town is slightly far and you have to keep paying toll every-time you visit lonavala.

Excellent Stay

The stay looked as good as it was in the photos, it was very cozy perfect for 3 couples or 7 ppl, friends or family. The caretaker was good and the pool was small but nice. It had everything that you will require for a staycation. Vista team was constantly in touch with us to know whether we are comfortable. Over all would go there again.

Located near to highway

This property is located near to mumbai highway so it is convenient but no view or feel of lonavala.
