Friends and Family Stay at the Villa

We had a well-planned weekend party at the villa. The property was spacious, well-located, and ideal for a group getaway. However, it seemed the place wasn’t properly sanitised after the previous checkout—especially the beds—as a few kids developed rashes on their backs. Good location poor upkeep

Property needs major renovation and hospitality related following issues - unclean water(soil in water) in bathrooms and washbasin, tv was not working, unclean kitchen, torn and stained towels, very thin quality of towel, stains on bedsheets and foul smell from bedsheets. Table tennis table wobbly due to water in wooden tables, broken tt rackets and brokentt balls. Ideally we will need refund due to poor stay conditions. Staff was good but helpless.
