The property is located in a gated community with multiple such villas, each has its own mini garden and good enough size pool. The living room connects to the pools and becomes a perfect place to hangout. the amenities provides are quite sufficient, large enough fridge for 6 people, microwave, oven and sufficient number of plates and cutlery The master bedroom is on the first floor and is quite big, only con is the lock on the door is broken 😞 but spacious with attached balcony and sit out area.

groupVery calm and beautiful property with a nice private swimming pool and 1 car parking. It’s only 1 km from Thalassa and 10 minutes driving to the beach. I’ll suggest to take this property if you are looking for a relaxed vacation, spending time in the private pool and planning to visit beaches like Vagator or Anjuna which are close by. Also, having a vehicle is a must as there are no beaches in walking distance. The caretaker Rakhi is very cooperative.

Reaching the property is very easy. The property is very nicely maintained and the Rooms are spacious. The cleanliness throughout the property was also very nicely taken care of By them. The staffs were very helpful and co-operative.

familyPerfect for a group or family, it has three bedrooms and everything is clean and tidy. Only missing point was toiletries were unavailable and stay manager came and provided soaps and toothpaste. Overall it was a very pleasant experience in this Villa 8 Esencia By scapes.
