Not worth Spending th Money

StayVista think that they are very organized and will add you to a WhatsApp chatroom with supposedly 8-9 people who are just useless. Anil the RM assigned to us was completely useless and was not able to give any answer and kept mum didn't pick calls when required. reached out to StayVista centralized team also but nothing was done. Lots of confusion in food also. Raw material cost very way too expensive and chef was not able to reduce the quantity even after saying that he is preparing too much quantity as raw material was already purchased when you take personal chef option. For 2 non veg eaters they took 4kgs of raw chicken. :) Still recommend to use the chef option as you will get homemade delicious food with good taste. Chef Rahul was good just there was lots of wastage of food. Well the villa itself was beautiful and well maintained but not luxurious as it is mentioned. You dont expect a small dove shampoo pouch and tiniest of soap bar in luxury villa.

Comfortable Stay

Excellent Service, nicely maintained property. Caretaker Sagar took good care of us during the stay. Manager Aman Shaikh resolved all the issues on time & ensured stay is pleasant.

familyThe villa was awesome. Good rooms and services. The only issue was figuring out entrance and exit gates. More over security needs xerox of all ids which is not mentioned in make my trip too and security gaurd kept fighting with us. We had to send digital copy on their whatsapp and send money for xerox and petrol cost too. Apart from this incident all great

Luxury at an affordable price

Overall a 10/10 experience. The best part of the property is the heated pool. Property location is in a private complex which is great but the only draw back is one cannot play loud music. Can easily order food via swiggy or zomato from almost all restaurants in lonavala.
