Good property !! Little maintenance needed ….

The property is well made, has sufficient seating everywhere and has a mini theatre, heated pool, table tennis, etc. The only issue we faced was with ACs which we believe need servicing and better maintenance and the area has a lot of mosquitoes. Other than that the place is good for a small trip of few nights and very peaceful surroundings.

Excellent property and food

We really had great time on this property, specially swimming pool and theatre area. However, wi-fi connectivity was an issue throughout the day. No words to describe food provided by vista food services. Amazing food staff and taste. Too humbled and virtuous staff. Extra rating for food staff.

Very poorly managed property.

The property is totally waste of money. As Vista Rooms has least cared about the customer. We had booked the property for three nights around one month before check-in date, yet when we arrived at the property, there were no prior arrangements made. Dogs were roaming in the premises, none of the tv's in any room where working, there was a leak in the bathroom and shower was also not working. We had to ask for basic amenities like water and hand towels in the room. Despite making complains, our problems were solved on the last day of our stay, before checkout. Also, none of the executives pick up the phone easily. Very bad experience and a total waste of money.
