I need why no allowed me to hotel

Totally disappointed very worst customer service room not clean worst behaviour hotel workers I don’t suggested for this hotel so don’t go this hotel

The room was not clean and has go to reception and inform for cleaning the room again .will not book again . . There is no refund option ,my employee didnt stayed next day he checkout . the booking was from 11th 15th Feb25

Nice room safe for couples well maintain rooms I like this and my partner also. Friendly workers nice.

I will never use to book rooms in makemttrip, last stay i cancel-led the room, but charge is there

Yeah it's ok. But the room is not very neat. Pls improve the cupboard and toilets. Bathrooms are not very well hygiene. So pols maintain the rooms properly

No breakfast served, they said at 9. 45am, pl wait for twenty minutes? ?very sad, lousy.

Pathetic hotel in every aspect, no service, pathetic dirty rooms, dirty towels, dirty sheets, unclean toilets. This is going to welcome you here i saw 4. 7 review in google hence booked this hotel see the photos attached here with for evidence. Even room key is not working, no solution when complained. Charged for room with breakfast but denied saying kitchen under maintenance. only positive is ac working well.
