good business hotel. clean room, linen and toilets is what is expected and it was available. rooms are small but decent enough for a night sleep. good location and proximity to metro. buffet spread was small but quality was good. gym needs improvement as multi gym is damaged. staff was courteous.

I was looking for a day of peace and quiet and the property respected my wishes. It was clean and comfortable. No disturbances at all. Staff were polite and efficient. I did not try the food so no comments on that.

Had a great stay at Stepstones hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff was friendly, and the location near the Metro made getting around easy. Loved the modern amenities and peaceful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to Guru D. Metro station is very convenient, though the area overall is busier and noisier than you'd ideally want. The street didn't disturb my sleep but I wish the doors were more sound insulating though. You hear noise from the corridor very clearly. The rooms are quite small but very clean and orderly. The beds are comfortable and what you'd hope from a 4* establishment. Breakfast is good though one or two more international options wouldn't hurt. Staff were all helpful and friendly and the property itself is well kept overall. For the price you couldn't do much better for a short, transit/pre-flight stay.

Photos are misleading. Only luxury category has a separate seating area Some rooms directly face a busy road with lots of honking - impossible to sleep

The stay, the facilities available, the staff behaviour, connectivity, food , everything was just perfect. It was a great experience.

It was a very comfortable stay..property location was great..close to ambience mall and cyber city..also food was good.

The stay was average at best Room quality could have been better Had not option to control the AC temp from the room and could see small insects crawling in the bed as well. The breakfast spread was nice and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast experience was not good compared to other nearby hotels at the same range.Restaurant staff were very polite but the frontdesk folks were not that helpful.

The room was too tight. Even they didn't provide me a single table for laptop work. Also, i will tell my friends not to book this hotel in future. I forgot to take the photos.

Dirty linen, dusty wardrobes, non functional intercom, no shampoo in the bathroom are just a few things that made it a terrible experience for me.

Perfect location, extremely clean and amazing staff. Breakfast buffet is an added plus. Highly recommend for airport or short stays.

It was great. Thankful to make my trip team for providing this wonderful accomadation.
