Sterling Anaikatti

A pleasant 2 nights stay at the sterling anaikatti resort. Customer service is satisfactory. All our problems were sorted within a few mins. The food is good. I would suggest going with the buffet options rather than al a carte. Just for the variety available. The price for food is high and that is one drawback. Lunch costs 550 + tax per head and dinner costs 650+tax per head when you opt for a buffet. Also during our stay at the resort we faced frequent power shut down. Even though the shutdown lasted only a few seconds it was frequent and continued even in the midnight. We were informed that it is due to maintenance activity. Hope it doesn't happen everyday. You have several activities that you can indulge in. From board games to badminton, cycling, stone art, etc. A trekking and waterfall visit is also available but we didn't opt for it. Overall it was a pleasant experience for us in the resort.

we stayed at sterling resort for a day, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! the property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. the staff were extremely courteous and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. we truly appreciate their proactive approach to guest suggestions, such as maintaining the pool temperature and introducing more outdoor games like mini football, basketball, and volleyball – it shows their commitment to enhancing the guest experience. the food was delicious, offering a wide variety of flavors to suit all tastes. overall, sterling resort exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to visiting again soon! highly recommended.

We had a stay with our family and having a very good experience. About property: surrounded by forest and bank on river, chirping of birds in the morning will awake you. About amenities: average arrangements can have more activity to engage the guest. About food: it was excellent verity of foods are more even the taste was also delicious you will have both north and south indian mix food. About staff: they are so nice you will feel like you came to some relative house. We met debashish he has really take care of us for everything and while returning back to our home he has packed the food and given for our children and for us also so that we should not have any problem in the journey.

The stay was a great one! the property is a small one but an amazing one. All are walkable distance. The Sterling Anaikatti staff was good but the service was slow. We ordered shower cap and tea puches it took half an hour or so to get it. Room was good and stay was very pleasant. The food and the spa was the ultimate one. It was little expensive but worth to try. The taste of food was awesome but has very limited options and the menu was more of same for both the days. Only one two item addition-deletion and rest was same. In rotis also need variety. Only fulka was available, need tandoori roti or naan or kulcha. Overall a great experience. I will rate 4/5.

Great location away from hustle bustle for a family holiday. Well maintained place, serene atmosphere nestled in nature. Food was good and reasonably priced. Cordial, friendly and well mannered staff who made you feel at home. Overall a great holiday. Recommended for a quick break. Special mention of restaurant staff debashish and manager biswas for their hospitality. Saravanan at reception was a pleasure to interact with.

We had a very good time with family. Good atmosphere and property was peaceful. Rooms are bit compact. Staffs were polite & very good responsive. Food items served in buffet are very less compared to other resorts but taste is good. Service by debashish was very nice and he was kind & helpful. Overall satisfied with this property.

Sterling resort anaikatti shines as a preferred choice if you are seeking convenience, luxury, and impeccable service. Very excited to see spotless premises and rooms, coupled with a dedicated staff. I am especially very happy with the service of raja ( restaurant staff)

The beautiful resort and hospitality is very good. Food was tasty. They gave packed food when we checked out as the journey was long.

our vacation was soo memorable .The surrounding environment was awesome. We visited the place twice and became our favourite spot .Staff are so friendly .we would love to visit the place again.

We had a good stay! angel and anju helped from right from check in. We had our baby with us. Biswal and debases prepared special food for baby. Overall we enjoyed our stay
