Expensive, highly rated but poorly maintained property!

Except for the location that is just beside the Girivalam path, there's nothing good about the property. I wondered how this property received 4+ stars reviews! I picked a high rated expensive property only for a hygienic washroom. To begin with, the towels are begging for retirement, flush didn't work, shower cabinet glasses are dirty. Kettle socket didn't work. The room was so small, there was no sofa or chairs to sit. Why would anyone pay a premium for this property?

The room was very clean. The veg restaurant was good with delicious food and staff were very courteous. The housekeeping staff very helpful. The reception staff were helpful in getting us the auto to visit the temple. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is good, location is good, food is average but too much costly, staff is less, they take longer duration for every work. I booked for mountain view premier room, but initially they were giving very small room then I showed them MMT booking details to change room.

Excellent ambience and peaceful location, staff very professional. Good food, moderately higher price, special mention for Uma and Suresh who made us feel very welcome, small negative is there is no lift if you have rooms in first floor difficult for elderly people

I personally felt resort can be maintained more well, bathrooms are not at all maintained properly, there is lot of scope to improve the ambience, maintenance etc. Breakfast Buffet also has very few options available. But staff were very welcoming and friendly.
