Sterling Athirappilly

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sterling Athirappilly with family, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were there for a relaxing getaway and also to celebrate a special occasion—our daughter’s first birthday. To our surprise and delight, the staff organized a beautiful cake-cutting ceremony for her in the evening, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly made the day even more memorable. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by nature, and offers a tranquil escape. The location is absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the nearby waterfalls. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. We also enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool, which was perfect for some downtime. The food was equally amazing. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, especially when it came to preparing food for our baby exactly how we wanted it. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made dining a delightful experience for the entire family. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Sterling Athirappilly is not only a great place to unwind but also a place where the staff go out of their way to make you feel special. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat. We look forward to visiting again!

Very kind and professional reception staff. At the restaurant, stick to the kerala style food which was excellent. The facilities, landscaping and overall architecture of the Sterling Athirappilly was well done. All in all, great stay at very fair pricing. A couple of things, the Sterling Athirappilly does not have a bar nor a spa so prepare accordingly. Also, if you have a bathtub in your room, you may want to carry your own bath salts because the Sterling Athirappilly does not provide any, our room also had a french press, but the Sterling Athirappilly did not have coffee grounds, only instant coffee. Nonetheless, strongly recommended!

It was good but there was a bad smell over the rooms and through out the courtyard because of drainage cleaning for both rooms but the room service and the restaurent teams was soooo friendly especially the restaurent manager mr nirmal from wayanad was soo friendly and help us throughout the staycation. I would have rated him 100/100 alone. And he should be promoted to the next level. So overall i would give 8/10 rating on the stay.

The stay was great, we just have concern with the delay in breakfast and we had requested for certain arrangements for which the Sterling Athirappilly informed that it was complementary but they did not arrange it. The route near the stay was also closed we had trouble finding the Sterling Athirappilly from the main road.

The property is located little out of main township and that's the magic... Beautiful, serene and well maintained. The People looking after the property are all very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend for family to spend some quality time..

Property location and view is good, mainly from rooftop. Food is good and breakfast platter was nice too. However, swimming pool is small and bit clumsy

Everything about the stay was good. It is recommended to take the booking along with breakfast and dinner option as it better. Location, rooms, ambiance, food, staffs were all excellent.
