We had a minor hiccup during check-in, which was resolved within an hour. After our **Bijrani Gate safari**, we reached the resort around 7:00 PM. The location is about **1 hour (30+ km) from the safari start gate**, with some stretches of the road under construction. The property is clean, and most of the staff were courteous. The food was good, and the rooms were neat. The view of the Ramganga River and bridge from the balcony was amazing. It is probably a good option for those planning a safari nearby or a stay of more than a day. The amenities seem good, though we hardly had time to use them. Overall, it was a good short stay of about 12+ hours.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Location was quite far from what we had anticipated, but it was worth the drive!! Staff members are so accommodating, gentle, sweet , cordial, helpful. Restaurant staff is worth mentioning.Front desk staff , entertainment activity staff ,and guards are all so nice. Front desk staff Mr. Bhaskar is worth appreciation. Food is absolutely amazing, we are in bhimtal right now, but can't stop missing our stay at Sterling, and it's mouthwatering food.

Food was great but overpriced. Lookwise property is decent but rooms doesn't justify the price. Staff is courteous. Overall, my staff was good but they should provide services as per the pricing they charge. I was promised 10% discount by spa lady but during checkout it was not provided.

The property loacted in forest area nd the property is very beautiful nd location is so awsom.nd the facilites of resort is too gud.staff is very gud.supporting nd helping staff.love to visit again.thanks sterling corbett
