Sterling Lonavala

This was the 1st time I traveled alone with my 10-year-old and I must say I had an extremely satisfying stay! Right from the start, Sreejith made me feel very comfortable. I had earlier booked myself at Lake view resort but unfortunately the manager there Richard Fernandez needs to learn a bit on customer service. He rubbed me the wrong way even before I stayed. I immediately changed my booking to Sterling and I thank god for the change. My little one had a whale of a time in the pool and we had a lot of fun playing indoor games. Everyone at Sterling was extremely polite, helpful and with a smile on their face. My son wanted to have pasta which wasn't there in the menu but Sreejith got the same cooked up by the chef for him. These efforts really go to say a lot about hospitality. I have spoken about my stay to all I know and would definitely revisit soon! Keep it up Sreejith and team!

Rooms are not very big but adequate in size for couple with one child or two small children. They have activity area where you can play board games or hire a cycle on rent. Main market is around 3 km away, good to have your own car for easy travel but Sterling Lonavala can arrange transport if you want which is great. There is a pool too but no life guard so be careful. Overall it was fun stay and we all enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Sterling Lonavala staff Pooja, Nirmala and Sagar who were always ready to help and also to GM of the Sterling Lonavala.

1st of all Sterling Lonavala gave us room 1 hr late than check in time. And demanded to vacate the room on time. Food taste was horrible. Front office receptionist were rude especially sourav mukhopadhyay. Room furniture was broken worst view of the Sterling Lonavala. No hot water was provided on time. You'll have to wait for 25 mins for hot water. Even if i try, i couldn't find 1 single good thing about the Sterling Lonavala. Hotel name is just to make you fool that it's a good property. You will laugh room service. If you place order from room service. Then you'll have to come down in the restaurant to pick the parcel of your food and use and throw plates will be given. I will not give a single star because they don't even deserve 0 stars

Prroperty is above average,the location is good near highway.There are plenty of facilities like games some are paid but most are free.There is a small lawn with a very nice swimming pool which has very clean water.The swimming pool is really well managed and clean.The Sterling Lonavala is very neat and clean ..The only small negative could be the view from rooms is not that great and the rooms maybe a little dated and not like a 5 star.This may not be a luxury stay cation but a nice neat and clean resort to be staying with family .Food is good but expensive

Safety protocols observer-ed very well. Hotel as it is very compact, without any open space. Food quality and service are excellent. Room service is also good. Its at 10km away from the hill resort area of lonavala. Hence the weather is entirely different. Its more of hot now, compared to actual cool lonavala. Suggested the Sterling Lonavala mgr for providing additional open space for walking and relaxing etc.

Hotel follows high safety standards including sanitizing luggage on your arrival. Locations best as easy access to both city and highway. Food is of average quality and they can improve on breakfast range. Little old interiors but value for money

Not comparing it to other sterling properties but since it is a 3 star Sterling Lonavala, it is alright as per that. Food doesn't have a lot of spread but decent price for breakfast and taste is good. Service of the Sterling Lonavala is good. It is not a very large property and like a city Sterling Lonavala with basic amenities

food was really good but they added so many taxes that the tax was more then the food bill lol but the best part was the staff they were really helpful. had a good time here with my family.💕

Location is good, food hygiene is goood. Marathi food dishes are good but south indian food definitely needs improvement

Good resort with many activities for keeping children engage but since it is out of Town the travelling is costly Overall good experience to stay at Sterling

Very good resort, all amenities are excellent, but not in City, its under Mumbai Pune express highway bridge.

Sterling boasts of luxury resorts all over indie with best of the class amenities - my request is to close the lonavala property at the earliest as this is denting your brand image heavily. This property is not more than a standard 2 star Sterling Lonavala.

Sterling our excellent choice. We had an amazing stay at sterling for 3 nights. Place is really clean and food was amazing. Staff too was very good. Definitely will suggest to our friends and family. We will be back too for sure if we are in lonawala.
