Excellent property just on the bank of karappuzha lake. But was really disappointed by the view of the lake, not a great view from the property due to lack of water. Room was great as a Sterling property. Food was very good. Over all a great stay.

Location is a bit far from the city centre but the location of the stay is very serene and waterfront view was beautiful. We had a coffee and sandwiches for evening. Great stay for short trips and staycation

The property shows as a MMT luxe, however, there are improvements that can be made overall as the amenities that are available are not . The offerings at the Tamarind restaurant have been limited maybe as it was an off season visit. overall, the staffs are really helpful, social, communicative and informative. Raees helped us with a lot of information like what to do in and around wayanad, activities that can be picked up within the resort etc. Mahek had always been welcoming, shared a lot of her experience and all which were all very insightful. Jeet also took good care of what we wanted to have for dinner etc. from the available options that we had.

We had a great stay recently at Sterling’s Lontano property. Mr. Raees was extremely cordial and attentive to all our needs. We travelled with an infant and he handled our related requirements quickly and efficiently. All in all, exemplary service by him. The property itself is situated in a very offbeat place surrounded by lush greenery and lake. The views are beautiful and there are plenty of things to keep children busy as well.

while location and food and services were excellent, the amenities provided for the suite room were not good..the jacuzzi provided spurted out dust while its use, the safety locker was not working and eventually had to be content with a manual key..refrigerator provided was only cooling few temperatures below the ambient temperature.

We had booked a 3 day stay in this property In the MMT website this property was showing as MMTLUX . property is in the lap of nature. You can enjoy nature 🍄🟫 sitting in the Varandha. Check in and Check out was smooth and Hassle free. Thanks to the front desk executive Mr. Raees. We booked triple occupancy, however instead of an extra bed , they provided a single sofa cum bed which were uneven. I did not accept the floor mattress. Sleep was not that sound. Every MMTLUX property should have a magnifying mirror, this was missing here. Generally the bathing area and toilet area are separated by glasswall or curtains. This was missing. Hotel staff was found 😴 sleeping in the reception area at around 6 AM. food quality was pretty ordinary, they were not having any bread toaster. Food spread of buffet breakfast and Dinner was very much limited. Taste was just ok. wow factor was missing. This property does not provide bathroom sleepers. Though Location is very beautiful ❤️ it's other important factor mentioned abovewas not upto the mark . Price MMT charged is also too high for this 2 Star ⭐ ⭐ property

Poor Stay

Location is good, rooms are clean, staff are courteous. But billing is fraud. Inspite of booking a package with one meal included in the price, they did not leave the decision of choosing lunch or dinner as complementary to the customer. Room service takes ages. TV did not work when we checked in. It seems they don’t have set process. We paid , but this is worth not more than 7-8k.

It's a small 22 room property at a beautiful location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well maintained. However transport can be an issue if one doesn't have one's own taxi or car as the location is remote. The breakfast is decent and the food is delicious. It's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

we booked this resort for 3 nights and our stay was extremely wonderful...The staff was very cooperative and welcoming.... Loved the view...all facilities were top notch and well maintained. Rooms are exactly the same as shown in the photos. Food was good,, deserts can be improved.

Stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well lit. This place is right next to a lake and provides a quaint atmosphere. However, the food here is bad. Buffets are a disaster. The staff is courteous and friendly.
