Wonderful Experience at Sterling Manali

We had an excellent stay at Sterling Manali for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food served by Reshma and Chef Alam was delicious. The staff was very prompt and courteous. The entire stay was pleasant, and we would like to return to this wonderful place.

Disappointed Average Stay Couldn’t find sterling’s reputed service Quality of buffet is very average and limited options They are charging for baby milk and everytime asking what’s the age of child and if it is above 2.5-3 years there is no complimentary milk which is no where asked n charged in these class of hotels They charge if you ask for third water bottle in a day Basic Service requests like room cleaning are taken up when they have time may be in evening

if u love your life and family dont take cab from sterling travel desk .Old age driver was given to me from sterling travel desk and he was so rude , arrogant and rash driver .the driver said i wont listen what client says as i will do as per my wish .I also complaint to travelling desk of sterling but they didnt take it seriously and again one man from travel desk standing outside at private car stand asked me in front of private cab drivers to take sterling cab as he has no shame in asking again as i have already given feedback to him.Hotel is good but travel desk is very poor

Pleasant stay with kid

It was a very pleasant stay at Sterling Manali with kids. Food at Kullu Kitchen their in-house restaurant was too good. Staff was very helpful and assisted us with getting taxis for going towards the Mall road or to the hrtc bus stand. Location of the hotel is around 5 kms from the mall road or the hrtc bus stand which is the only drawback I could see with the property.

Good Stay

rooms are good with mountain view but no balcony. Staff is cooperative. Food is good. Property is just 2kms from mall road. Not a big property though but kids can enjoy in play area . kids can play TT , pool carrom drawing

stay at Sterling Manali was a mixed experience. The Premier Rooms with garden access were definitely the highlight – spacious, comfortable, and opened up to a beautiful garden with stunning Himalayan views. However, the other rooms felt smaller and not very clean, though they were decent enough for a short stay. The buffet was average, with limited variety, and the service was okay but could be more attentive. Also, a major drawback is the lack of dedicated parking, which was a bit inconvenient. If you’re planning to stay here, it’s worth opting for the Premier Garden Rooms to enjoy the views and open space.
