Sterling Mount Abu

Stayed with family for 3nights. The resort is good, a bit far (3km) from mt abu's busiest attraction - nakki lake. If someone is looking for a peaceful stay among-st nature, it's an ideal place. Lot of open spaces inside the resort complex, activity area, kids zone, good view from swimming pool, ample parking space. The management organized daily entertaiment activities viz kids painting time, rajasthani folk music/dance etc. Rooms are big. However the room that we got had pillars inside the room, which a bit unusual & risky. I don't know if they allot rooms with some logic for sterling members & others. However service was very good. Staffs are attentive & humble. Breakfast buffet was good, won't call excellent as the spread can be improved by auditing more non veg options apart from egg of choice. F&b manager mr prabhakar is an awesome host though. He strikes a great conversation with most of the boarders & individually is very very attentive. He even remembers the culinary preferences of guests. Gives tips to help your outings in mt abu & around. On the commuting side, if you don't have your own vehicle then local conveyance is highly costly. But if you are willing to spend that, the resort has a dedicated traveldesk manned by mr yogesh. He is very active & cordial. He takes ownership & arranges cabs as per choice- even railway station/airport pick up/drops. They also arrange outstation trips. One very nice gesture of the resort was to put a big & neat umbrella in every room during rainy season. It's a great help, you can carry even while going for local trips.

Staff Service: ★★★★★ Special mention to Dilip from the housekeeping staff for being exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Room Details: ★★★☆☆ The classic rooms lack a scenic view, and the washrooms are a bit on the smaller side. However, these are minor details that can be overlooked considering the overall positive experience. Recommendation: Yes Would recommend this Sterling Mount Abu in Mt Abu for a pleasant stay, especially for those interested in experiencing local cultural activities and enjoying a serene environment.

We booked a room for 2 night and it was a very good experience. The room was very clean. Mountain view from the room gallary was awesome 😎 👍.Space in the room was more than sufficient. Service is good. The staff was cooperative and helpful. we liked the staff members were lovely and polite. This Sterling Mount Abu at hight in mount abu. Famous attraction like Guru shikhar, nakki lake, Sunset point etc are near to the Sterling Mount Abu we have enjoyed our stay. Bike & scooty were available on rental basis.Awesome place to explore with family and friends. food was also very delicious. Wide variety of food was available. Food was healthy tasty & moderately spicy.In room dining service was very convenient and comfortable.

It was nice stay. Resort is excellent and staff of resort is very cooperative. One of the best resort in mount abu. It was memorable trip. Food was delicious. Very good game room for kids. I found this property by make my trip. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Location is excellent and excellent view. We stayed two days there and there were many activities were arranged by resort and all members were enjoyed stay. Staff of resort were assisted us well and provided all facilities for local site seeing. Quick room service and rooms were clean and maintained good hygienic. Condition. Resort have asked us to arrange any specific need before 2 to 3 days of our trip.

It's very satisfying to be writing a feedback about our group stay (10pax * 3 nights. The property cleanliness and hygiene was very notice worthy. Front desk / mr rajendran was very accomodative our our last moment requests. F&b dept mr prabhakaran needs special mention along with his staff (in particular ms. Seem a kaur) who went out of the way to oblige to our requests for fasting-food, special non-diabetic preparations. Children enjoyed the bakery preparations a lot. In all the service quality and humility was way above the norm. Thank you team sterling's @ mt abu

Its best place to spend your vacation in mount abu as this resort is well located from crowdly place nakki lake and not so far from lakki lake. Although there are some things that need to take care by Sterling Mount Abu managment such as swimming pool was not clean and well maintain. Bathroom in room are small it should be little big. If its 4star or 5star property it should have sona and steam bath and jaccuzi for common use. Good thing is they provide heavy breakfast and lots of choice food in it. Other than these everything was good.

Nice things: location, landscape design, activities, etcarea of improvement: 1. Food pricing, inr 1000 + taxes per head for buffet which i feel exorbitant for this location. 2. Room cleanliness was not up to the mark. No inspection was done before check in. 3. One liter bisleri water bottle cost was inr 37 (with tax. The mrp outside is inr 20. 4. No simple amenities like dental kit, shaving kit was provided even after paying

Very nice staffs right from the receptionist to the house keeping all were very nice and friendly location of this Sterling Mount Abu was very nice food was awesome service was dam m good i really love the stay in your Sterling Mount Abu and also i will recommend my all friends and family to have the pleasant stay in your Sterling Mount Abu this is mount abu's number 1 Sterling Mount Abu 10/10 to the Sterling Mount Abu

Excllent stay

Good hospitality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. washrooms are clean. We celebrated new years eve, all the arrangements and party was good. Complimentary breakfast spread is good too.

Mount abu jao to yeh resort best hain. Paisa vasul and food quality superb hain bhat maja aaya mere ko.

Excellent location. Excellent and fast service. Only drawback was wifi was not wrkin even after complaining and the food was average. Rooms was pretty and spacious but maintenance can be upgraded a little
