Sterling Ooty Elk Hill

Resort was pretty clean, hospitality was top-notch. Friendly staff and a very comfortable stay with family and kids, many options for kids to be engaged. We went during the christmas, due to crowd, there was often wait for breakfast or lunch. Food was a hit and miss, few of the items were very good and others not so much. Overall excellent stay and i strongly recommend anyone, even i would love to visit again.

Pros - the location is great. The views from the room are excellent. Staff very friendly. The games are includes tt, cricket, video games and a few others. Restaurant is generally good. Cons - not much. The restaurant seems to very crowded during peak which i can understand but possibly can be better managed. Food spread is alright. Overall i do recommend this place

Property and it’s services are good. That said, water in the bathroom is not hot and despite related complaints it could not be resolved. Food in the restaurant is good both in terms of options and taste. Of particular mention is the care taken by jaiyesh in the restaurant and divyashree in guest relations.

Sterling ooty elk hill, had a nice stay and a great experience. This Sterling Ooty Elk Hill has a great view and it’s situated on the top of hill, food was nice entertainment and activities were there it was nice.

Our stay was pleasant. The location was preferably near to city centre. Amenities at the Sterling Ooty Elk Hill were good. We enjoyed our stay.

Mahadeb, allwin were really good and gave us impeccable service. The only feedback i have is you should have more options of room freshener.
