Overall good, highly recommended being my second visit to the property, hospitality from restaurant was based, special call out for snehasish. However there are areas to improve. 1) in a family room basic amenities of kitchen missing, no cutlery 2) food when ordered, no serving spoons 3) no astray incase one smokes 4) hand shower in washroom not there 5) no iron board, 6) needed multiple follow ups to get key changed 6) multiple calls made on personal number from sales, reception, photography which was disturbing, 7) room made on dnd still calls being made to check if available, an induction or a microwave is a must in the kitchen, these are basic checks that is needed as one is paying extra for luxury, overall beautiful view and cleanliness, i wud rate 4. 5 /5, 5 being highest

The stay was good, the ambience and the view from the room. Sometimes we were sneezing just because of no air conditioning in the room. Ooty climate is cold but the air needs to be conditioned. We encountered horrible traffic in approach roads and the size of the road is small too. So a guest comes in a suv type vehicle will struggle to reach(may be some alternatives will be there. But it should be instructed from Sterling Ooty Elk Hill side)

Sterling ooty elk hills - amazed us with their wonderful food as usual, also with 2 lovely suit rooms. 1 room had amazing top hill ariel views another room is bit unsatisfactory as the room had sofacation feel, but we managed most of our time with our liked room that had good view. Apart from that one thing, overall stay is memorable one for sure that we can cherish for our life time.

The hospitality of the staff and the room amenities were great. There is a kids play area and some paid outdoor activities for adults. It was raining continuously for our entire duration of our stay so we could not take full advantage of the resort’s outdoor facilities. The only thing that needs a improvement is the quality and taste of food.

Location is v nice. Get cloudy views outside my room. Food is avg. Some items are awful. Dal khichdi is good. Room services and in general staff is v courteous and helpful. Dining area needs to b more lightened for natural sunlight

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The stay was comfortable with all amenities being in good condition and the staff behaviour was also good.
