Sterling Orient Woods Pench

We booked stay for two adults and two kids for 2 nights. The stay was very nice and overall experience was excellent. The cottages are well maintained and give you feel of privacy as well as safety. We got front side of cottages making easy access to garden and play area. The play area is open to sky and one can walk around the area. For front desk and overall information mr tushar guided us very well and added flavours in our tour. Mr tushar guided us what to visit and how to visit the places with navigation. Visit to pottery village was excellent. The resort location is near to teliya and khawasa gate and mp border is very close. One can access to turiya gate kohaka lake from here. Food at the resort was mouthwatering. Mr mahipal and mr mukesh in restaurant section was very cooperative and friendly. Mr mahipal was around the each table making necessary arrangements for kids and family. Food is also served in room considering kids requirements. Toys (baby cycles etc) in the play area need improvement. Overall experience is wonderful and recommended.

Awesome hospitality, delicious food, clean, tidy and spacious cottage soundproof rooms with full of privacy, very well behaved staff members and very friendly head chef, kids friendly approach and really caretaker manager diwakar ji. They provided simple ghar ka khana type meals and snacks in breakfast, lunch and dinner explicitly for our little son. We and our kid thoroughly enjoyed our stay in orient woods resort pench and really loved their hospitality. We will definitely look forward to visit this resort again in future. Highly recommended. What an excellent Sterling Orient Woods Pench. So serene and peaceful. We had beautiful time sitting at machan, roaming around and exploring their landscape. Sit out area outside room was absolute bliss. Tushar from front desk and mukesh, saroj, mahipal from restuarant were absolutely amazing. They ensured we were taken care of. Amazing rooms, tasty food. If you are looking at a gateway from all hustle bustle, this is a beautiful place to be. Can’t wait to come back

It was an excellent experience my kids loved this place. Nice ambience very polite and helpful staff especially mr divakar who manages the property although we had 2 safaris without tiger sighting, the ambience of the facilities didn't let us feel that missing part of tiger sighting

Hotel was really good in terms of food, rooms ambience, facilities offered , aesthetics and hospitality. Mr Tushar attended us aptly right from the start of the trip to the end and even after the trip and helped retrieve the belonging accidentally left during checkout.

This is an amazing place for staycation. Welcome was warm with cold drink. Staff behavior and service was excellent. Indian food was also very tasty. Tips and advices from tushar fnb front office associate and his team were polite and helpful.

If you have a plan with your kids than you definitely going to disappoint with there food services, but property is good and staff are polite so can be manageable.
