My suite was impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a private balcony with a plunge pool, and a well-appointed bathroom with high-end toiletries. The attention to detail in the room decor truly enhanced the overall ambiance. Dining The dining options at Sterling Padam Pench are diverse and delicious. The main restaurant offers a delightful array of local cuisine, with a menu that changes daily to ensure variety. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Location is so beautiful, easy to reach and locate, full marks to location, services its hospitality. My only disappointment was with the food, my stay was for 2 days, so total 4 meals and 2 breakfasts. First day for lunch they gave proper menu card with 4-5 choices for salads, starters, main course and deserts. Rest all the three meals, one lunch and two dinners they provided single page printed copy menu which had green salad comprising just carrots, cucumber and lemons, just 2 main course choices and just one desert thats all. Breakfast had just below average tastes with chicken sausages as non veg item. Not what we expected from sterling kitchen staff ! another issue was the smell from the drainage in the rooms, i had booked two premium rooms with varanda which were above one another as we entered the rooms and especially the bathrooms could smell the drainage odor ! in the above room they had placed humidifier for scent which was of no use, which tells me sterling staff is aware of the smell.

The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Sterling Padam Pench's amenities were top-notch. The pool was inviting, the gym was well-equipped, and the spa offered a variety of rejuvenating treatments. The staff was always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The Sterling Padam Pench's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of many attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Overall, our stay at was truly delightful. We would highly recommend this Sterling Padam Pench to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This is second time i stayed in sterling pench, location, rooms, wash room, staff all are good, 3-4 different types of rooms available like normal deluxe room, family cottage, mud house, room with plunged pool with machan etc etc and all are excellent. Food is major drawback of the Sterling Padam Pench. Last time also we did complaint abt food this time also we didn't like the food. Resort management have to look after food. Swimming pool, gym, spa, game zone etc etc are also available so you don't have to go any where and can spend quality time in resort.

Sterling's location is very convenient. We could reach the two safari locations in less than half an hour. The resort is beautifully decorated and there are a lot of things to do in the resort for a longer stay, offering something for each age group. Special mention of the food service where they had our breakfast packed in a picnic basket before 5 am so we could eat on the safari. Highly recommend this stay.

Excellent hospitality by sterling pad-am pench! all the staff of this property is very cooperative and helpful. Mr. Nishant from their restaurant was very kind enough to gracefully accept our requests and we are also thankful to his services. They serve delicious and really very fresh food. I didn't find any lacuna in their service. In my view, the best weather to visit it is winter.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Sterling Padam Pench. Everything about the Sterling Padam Pench was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Sterling holidays is a must visit resort for everyone going to pench! food, staff, location and the property is all excellent. I enjoyed the tree house rooms, and they seem perfect for my family.

Excellent stay at the property with amazing hospitality. Just the air conditioning in the rooms need to be better. The rooms specially on the first floor get very hot in summer

Sterling padam really sets the standard high for customer satisfaction. All the staff people were really courteous and helpful. Food was really excellent with chef taking personal interest in each and every guest's requirement and serving them.

Amazing experience with neat and clean rooms and nature friendly, super hospitality, very close to thuria gate. Food was good and they also pack breakfast as per our need when you have safaris in the morning. When i can avail the 20% off. When can i get this offer?

Great place with best views, service is surprisingly very well justifies the cost and stars. The plunge pool villa will be my preferred one. Food is yummmm!

We had a family trip at sterling pad-am pench. What clearly stands out is the super courteous behavior of all the staff. The resort has all the amenities that someone would normally need for a relaxing holiday, all in a mix with nature mode. Not super luxurous, but more than enough to give proper jungle vives.
