Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh

The wellness offerings are quite nice at this Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh like spa, gym and coffee shop. Staff was very quick in providing assistance. They were also very warm and cordial. Our family suite didnt have a balcony ( whereas other rooms did have a balcony) and we had requested for that but the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh couldn't help us. The walls of the family suite had dampness and because there was no ventilation, it was little uncomfortable. Since the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh was running on full capacity as per the staff, we could not get a better room. They have a nice rooftop italian restaurant. The in-house complimentary breakfast was okayish. The therapis offered in the spa were very nice. Overall the stay was 8/10.

We did visit rishikesh and stayed at the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh for 2 days. We booked a suite and it was way exceptional than what we expected. The service at the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh was also very good. The staff was humble and polite and always there to help u out. The travel desk person mayank arranged a two wheeler for self drive for local site seeing and also booked zip lining adventure for us. He was always there to resolve our queries. Coming to the food, the breakfast was very nice and my 4 year old daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. In room dining experience was also good. I would definitely recommend this Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh to make your stay comfortable.

Sterling palm bliss offers comfortable stay with courteous supportive staff & spacious premises. The reception is hospitable with swift efficient responses at check-in & check-out. The room is large & tastefully furnished. Hot water is provided 24x7 at the turn of a tap ! wifi is weak. Housekeeping & room service are prompt. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of fruits, juices, salads, bakery items & well-made continental/ south indian/ north indian dishes. The restaurant ambience is pleasing & spacious & service is swift. Local transport offers are reasonable & responsive even at late hours. Review is complete.

Nice property, humble staff, good food but a closed area (not really a resort per se. If you are planning to stay in the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh only to rest but will spend whole day roaming outside, its a great place else you don't have any other things to do in the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh (apart from spa and massage off course, which is great too. This place is a walking distance (15-20 mins) from ram laxman jhula. And beatles ash-arm (30 mins. They offer free yoga session every morning and shandya aarti (which you can be part of. All in all a good Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh.

Good property but bad location and service beautiful rooms and Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh but the location is very bad. No local cabs and transport are willing to come for pickup food is good but service is very poor and slow. They took over 15 mins for serving 1 parantha when only 2 tables very occupied. Besides the server tried sieving us a beverage in a used glass from nearby table. Of-course we took it to seniors as an example of lack of hygiene. Housekeeping is also very slow, it took 3 reminders and 4 hours for refilling and extra mattress.

Think of it more like no-frills Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh service apartment. A good value for money place in overpriced rishikesh during season. Just don’t have any high expectations in service. We were looking for a descent place to stay overnight, and this seemed like a good option. Other Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikeshs of the same category where too high. Family suite that we stayed is a two bedroom apartment with a living room. Breakfast is okay type - nothing special. Service is quite average - you have to remind them multiple times.

Family suites room are small with no provision for sofa or even chair in the rooms. No great views from the room. Cleanliness and housekeeping is excellent. Restaurant food is good and service staff excellent. Inf-act the whole ground team in the Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh have very good reflexes and well behaved. Except for the congested family suite and lack of view - everything else is excellent about Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh. On other hand privileged suites are spacious but cannot accommodate a family of four. Rating : 3. 5 / 5.

It's a place where you find peace, Hygiene is number 1 there, with Italian, Indian chinese cuisine, and all types of foods are available. Janki jhoola is in walking distance 15 min walk. You can see parmartj nineteen ghat from Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh only in Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh there is evening Arti which gives you feel that you are actually in lap of nature along with purity in air. Overall nice staff, nice ambiance,nice location.

Excellent property. Value for money with excellent hospitality. Nice large very well maintained rooms with all the amenities. Wonderful reception with smiling staff. Location is very serene away from city rush. Good food and lovely restaurants. Good spa and an exquisite coffee shop. Would surely come again.

Overall experience is very good. The location of the property is good. In close proximity to some of the most wonderful spots to see like ram jhula, lama n jhula, triveni ghat, jaanki setu, beatles ashram. The staff is very courteous and the spa centre for wellness is well maintained with good masseures. The good quality food is something rishikesh resonates with. The rooms are spacious and the property has ample space to park your vehicles.

Located very close to ram jhula and triveni ghat, both are walkable distance. Hotel staff are well informed and helping, linen and room was very clean and comfortable. Yoga session done by miss varsha and mr. Amit was also bonus for us.

Nice front desk staff. The food was good and stay comfortable. They evwn gave us packed breakfast as we had to leave eaarly. The rates were on the higher side though. I guess that was mostly to do with the festive season. But overall a good Sterling Palm Bliss, Rishikesh to stay. Will consider staying here next time as well.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The property is ten minutes away from the gang-es and ram jhula. In room dining food was amazing however they can work a little on the food variety during breakfast.

Great resort, courteous staff. We booked the suite and the rooms were just perfect for 4 people. They could however do with providing a balcony for the suites.

For 8000 rupees i was given a room with rats in the false ceiling and just a room change at 2 am in the morning with no compensation. They also forgot to return my ids after scanning so i had to return to collect them. Be careful after you turn off all lights, you will hear and see the rates in your ceiling
