Sterling Panchgani

My stay at Sterling Panchgani was amazing.The staff was really very corteous and helpful especially front desk team Mr Deepak, Sanjay and Rajiv. Mr Jagmohan restuarant manager along with chef Shivsudan were awesome they ensured we were facilitated Jain Breakast with options for all 3 days. Overall rooms were good except the wood furniture curves and glass table curves were very sharp which resulted in cuts. They need to also look at simplifying the road by deploying more lights and boundary wall as it's risky in night...The property was small compared to expectation of Sterling resorts...However indoor games were good but childrens garden was missed...Overall i still rate my experinece 4/5 only for the amazing service of staff

Lodging facility was excellent, meeting all expected standards. The restaurant facility was good wrt food quality. It could have been better if more variety existed.

It has recently been taken over by sterling and is still under upgradation. The manager mr rajeev along with his staff is trying their best to make the stay pleasant but it’s not like other sterling property.

Property is inaccessible from the market, for every little thing we have to call private cabs vendor. Hi

Sterling panchgani is an excellent family friendly resort with all amenities equipped. Like lawn, swimming pool, indoor game, banquet hall, restaurant with well behaved staffs. Location of the resort is simply amazing which is facing to western ghat with a glimpse of dham dam.
