Spending 3 days in the Sterling Park Kalimpong during the bengali festive season was a joy forever. The unique heritage look and ambience of the privilege suite, the quiet and quaint structure, the amazing views of misty and cloud-ridden mountains on the horizon through the windows, subdued gloss and elegance of the furniture - all are signposts that will surely attract the city-pent, urban minds. The restaurant is certainly not one of the best, but of high quality and standard. One of the most striking features of sterling park kalimpong, to my mind, is the ever-polite and cordial behaviour of its staff, like bhumika and all the others. They serve with a smiling face and know what hospitality is. However, one thing that remains a bit of a mismatch in this review is the ever-disturbing sound of walking on the old wooden floor of the suite. The Sterling Park Kalimpong management may look into this. Overall, this Sterling Park Kalimpong will surely be my destination in the future outings to kalimpong. I can't describe in words how great experience i had there with my family. There i got everything and every service on time properly each time. The manager person manoj ji is the one of the most humble and helpful man i have ever seen. All the staffs of the Sterling Park Kalimpong also maintain their best service always. Few of them i remember by name like: bhumika, rahul, sanjib da, sajan da, ujjwal. Other's name i just not able to recall, thats my bad. I will always recommend this Sterling Park Kalimpong in all the aspects and sure i will stay here only if i can come to kalimpong next time. Thanks, surath samaddar

The three of us had taken two deluxe rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything worked. The entire property carries an old-fashioned charm. There is a front courtyard fronted by a verandah which is all very nice and pleasant. The service was prompt. The staff were courteous and cooperative.

The property itself is very pretty with incredible views all around. The heritage room provided was exquisite from the room decor to cleanliness. The staff was also extremely polite and helpful. Even though my stay was for just a day, that day was truly made memorable.

This is a fantastic Sterling Park Kalimpong. Our rooms were very comfortable. The Sterling Park Kalimpong has convenient location to the market. I only wish we could have stayed longer before continuing on to other destination
