I recently had the pleasure of staying at sterling shivalik chail over the new year, and i must say it was an exceptional experience. The resort provided a serene and comfortable ambiance that perfectly complemented the festive spirit of the season. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay: surekha, at the reception, was outstanding. Her warm and efficient handling of guests made the check-in and overall experience seamless. Vishal, who managed guest relations and anchored the new year's eve event, truly stood out. His charisma and attention to detail added a special touch to the celebrations. Mukesh, who managed the banquet and restaurant, ensured that dining was a delightful experience with his prompt service and care for guests' needs. Last but not least, som, the resort manager, deserves special mention for holding everything together like glue. His leadership and dedication were evident in every aspect of the resort’s operations. The staff's cooperation and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Property is well maintained & accessibility is right on the kufri chail highway so an advantage. Food quality & variety in the buffet is quite sufficient. Taste is good for all kind of palate preferences. House keeping up to mark with all requisite amenities available promptly

It's a fantastic property located in midst of chail forest. Although access and road to Sterling Shivalik Chail is tiresome it's worth staying there. Good food with awesome taste. Every single staff was very courteous and helpful. Thank you management for our memorable stay.

The property is located on the top of shivalik valley with nice view. Location is bit off from shimla. Food and service is good. Rooms have no fans so need to depend on natural air by keeping the balcony door open.

Stay was good, staff was courteous. Only issue was breakfast was not ready available. It was on order basis. We should be informed about this when we check in.

Booking location is different then actual location, it’s 26 km far from shimla, apart from that everything is good

Room balcony view was pathetic. All you can see is the construction site. No activities for kids. Food and staff was excellent and supportive.
