Went with my family. Excellent environment specially for kids. All kinds of indoor games were there like cycling, carrom board, TT, badminton, ludo, chess etc. Swimming pool is clean and kids pool is an added advantage. Adults pool is a bit deeper than normal pools. Not suitable for short height people. Approx 4.5 feet deep. In house restaurant and a bar is also there. Food quality is good but expected more variety. Taste is awesome. Breakfast spread is okish. Not too good neither bad. Loved the taste of dosa there. Rooms are big and clean. Dining and seating area is very nice with ample lights. AC is good too. Surely recommend to all.

While booking the stay I saw the reviews which were negative but I found nothing negative in this resort. This was One of the best stay for me. The staff was very sweet polite helpful and professional. Service was perfect. Games, pool, cycling everything was just very very perfect for a great stay.

good stay but pathetic food, they don't even know how to make tea or coffee. Hi tea only had tea and biscuits and we ordered pakode and sandwich separately. pakode were half burnt, tea was bitter and bad in taste, grilled sandwich was served cold, very bad food experience.

It was a very bad hotel, they charge in the name of buffet, there are 2-3 options in the menu, only the hotel room was big, nothing else was good, the bathroom sink was leaking, the intercom was also bad.

It is good to stay, the area is big, the room is big but the intercom is not working, the taste of the food was not good. After including breakfast, there are only 2-3 options. There was water leakage in the bathroom and the sink tap was also not working properly.

Sterling Stolen Heaven Lonavala is a great property for farm vacation. The food was good with lots of varieties. Good Facilities and the rooms were spacious in this big property. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the indoor activities, they have varieties of indoor activities and also arranged an activity Musical chair on weekends.

Good for weekend home kindly of property. Close to Wax Musium, Ekvira Devi Temple and Wet n Joy.. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options.
