Location and services was good. But the room allocated to us was not good. They allocated a differently abled room to us. The main door did not lock properly and there was a gap and people can view from outside. I have given this feedback to hotel as well. It didn’t feel that great.

Location : Was at par and very near to Elephant camp , cultural shows and kathakali dance about 1.0 km and the Market was also at a walkable distance . Jain Food - Super delicious and would recommend to talk to the manager at the time of check in without fail . Room looks - would surely rate at 7/10 as the feel of luxurious from was not royal . Swimming pool at top floor has many breathe taking views and was upto mark . Overall 8/10

very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in a very central location. very nice and tidy hotel Rooms were spic and span, and very spacious too. staff were very courteous. Buffet breakfast was really delicious. Only thing is the Food menu for lunch and dinner was a bit overpriced And service in the restaurant was a bit slow

Poor Stay

The service is really not worthy . Considering the price, the food is awful. During cleaning the room they don’t fill the tea -coffee sachet even , nor the toilet accessories which is really basic. Only at the time in check-in they provide 2 bottles of water n then nothing will be provided. The food is very pricy which is okay if we get the basic taste . We ordered tandoori chicken which was almost burnt and tasted bitter n so was the chicken butter masala . The price of one cup of lemon tea they charged 190/- per cup in which they served just some black tea with 2 pieces of lemon. The overall experience we got is really disappointing.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Sterling Thekkady. The rooms are incredibly spacious, feeling more like a suite with a separate living room and dining area, along with a comfortable bedroom and a lovely balcony. It was a perfect setup for relaxing and unwinding. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive. The washrooms were spotless, and the towels were fresh and new, not worn out at all. The entire property is well-maintained and provides a very comfortable and hygienic environment. The dining experience was also a highlight. The swimming pool was neat and clean, and it was great for our family as it was very kid-friendly. We also noticed that the pool depth is a bit low, which made it feel even safer for the kids. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the overall experience was excellent. It's a great choice for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommended!

Rooms were clean and amenities were considerably satisfying. Should have much more varied Breakfast options. Intercom calls to housekeeping or the restaurant were missed few times so expect few delays for in room services, a factor that needs improvement

We had a fantastic experience at Sterling Kumily. The food was delicious with a good variety, and everything was freshly prepared. The property is well-maintained, with neat and clean rooms and common areas. The swimming pool was spotless and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
