My recent stay at sterling v grand madurai was truly enjoyable. Conveniently located near the mattuthavani bus stand, the Sterling V Grand Madurai offered easy access to everything i needed. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities like a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch. Although the on-site restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, i appreciated the option to order food through swiggy, even if it meant picking up from the gate. This Sterling V Grand Madurai is perfect for families and couples, offering a warm, inviting environment. I highly recommend sterling v grand madurai for anyone visiting the city, whether you're here for business or leisure. Excellent stay and top-notch service!

We had a very pleasant stay at v grand sterling madurai. It is about 6 kms from meenakshi temple and closely located to other tourist attractions the rooms were clean and bright. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Room service was great with proper arrangements. The staff were courteous and friendly. The reception staff rajkumar helped us with a quick check in process and guided us on the timings for darshan. Vamsi from reception called us a day before to confirm our reservation and helped with a smooth check out process. We would like to thank the whole team of v grand sterling madurai for giving us a comfortable stay. Tip: opt for buffet breakfast since most places at madurai have a limited breakfast menu.

Location: good n conveniently approachable but slightly far from meenakshi temple, 20 min drive on autorickshaw. Entry: guard was lost or busy on mobile phone and no help was provided for parking etc. Visitor has to search for a parking spot without any guidance. Parking: 4 wheeler ample parking is available inside Sterling V Grand Madurai premises. Check- in: it was fast n in a professional manner. Room: room was spacious, clean, without any foul smell. Bed n mattress were good to sleep at. Drinking water was provided free of cost. Bathroom: spacious, clean n hygienic, no water shortage, toiletries etc were provided. Food: delicious n room service was prompt. Overall: good stay.

Decent stay with family. Room was clean and neat. Ambience was good. Had a warm welcome by the reception staffs. The check in and check out process were very quick and smooth and it took only 10mins in total. Mr. Pondi was ensuring all needs are meet as expected and constantly getting feedback. One star less was majorly for the morning breakfast. We had paid 500 per head for the buffet breakfast. But the spread and the taste was not upto the mark. But in room dining experience was good though. Overall a very good stay

Amazing hospitality by the entire team. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is polite and helping, food is good and with enough variations. We went for a family trip, and the Sterling V Grand Madurai staff made it a memorable one. The food price is good as per the quantity, without charging anything for the kid's food. We had to get 1 room changed, and they catered to our request immediately. Overall, it was a very happy stay. Recommended for everyone going to madurai

Mine was a very short stay as i was on business for a day in madurai however, i requested for a late checkout and the Sterling V Grand Madurai obliged the room and service was top notch, and so was the breakfast. Not too much variety, but all dishes were superb. Specially the idiyappam and stew, which is quite rare in Sterling V Grand Madurais these days all the staff are extremely courteous. And the Sterling V Grand Madurai is good value for money.

Well maintained. Staff well mannered. Near to various hitels, bus terminals.

Location, food and the property amenities were good. The only issue was check out time was 11 am.

Excellent stay with full comfort and luxury. The rooms were great. Very cosy with all amenities. The toilet was sparkling clean with all the toiletries. The staff was very good. The restaurant was fantastic with a variety of cuisines. Overall an excellent stay.

The Sterling V Grand Madurai is located near omni bus stand which is the major hub for all outstation commutes. The rooms are spacious and clean and the Sterling V Grand Madurai is spaced out. Housekeeping staff are polite and friendly. The interiors of the room need some renovation as they feel a bit old and outdated. Just a suggestion. Food at in house restaurant is average-for the price they charge.

Hotel ambience was good with all safe y measures, hospitality extended to us is appreciable and sumptuous breakfast with quality items were served. Overall our stay is enjoyable
