Sterling V Grand Madurai

The room is spacious and good. There could have been an in and out gate and proper security person to guide the vehicle entry for guest. I did not see any helping people to get the luggage on the day of arrival though i saw them the next day. However one person helped to carry yhe luggage to reception from parking. The receptionist could have explained the food availability at additional price. In room dining menu card shows the prices for breakfast menu items but we were told breakfast is buffet only. This menu could have been then taken off from in room dining.

My stay in v grand was good. The room was clean and well maintained. But the food was a bit costly. The staff were polite and highly responsive. Location wise, this is very close (1 km) from mattuthavani bus stand and saravana stores. This has many good restaurants nearby (temple city, anjappar, kumar mess, anifa briyani, aasife briyani, amsavalli briyani) all within 1 km distance.

Well maintained property. Breakfast spread is lovely & yummy. Dinner also the good quality excellent. Front & back end staff courtesies. Only issue is if the breakfast start time is 6. 30 am could be great. The reason in south most temples closes by 12noon. We need to start by 7am in most times

V grand is a good Sterling V Grand Madurai. Located in a nice location. The rooms are clean and the pool is very well maintained. Courteous staff from the reception to the housekeeping team.
