Sterling Vythiri Wayanad

My recent stay at sterling, vythiri was nothing short of extraordinary, and i am thrilled to share my positive experience. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility. Rooms were very clean and tidy. We had 3 toddlers with us and we stayed in family room. Everyone enjoyed the stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked on. We had the pleasure of chef personally enquiring about our dining experience, and it was clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. The level of dedication and passion exhibited by chef was truly commendable and added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience. Only drawback which i would say is that pool facility is not available which as per the management will be functional by dec23. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality. Great stay. Appreciate the facilities in room, comfort, good food etc. Also the service was good especially at the restaurant. Mr. Abhilash and mr. Avinash were quite helpful, in explaining the menu and in serving as per the preferences. The head chef also was keen in understanding the personal preferences. The front office manager helped in throughout the process, however the politeness in interaction could be improved. As per my package the sports/game was complementary, hence the games/sports like vr game, car simulator, archery, shooting etc was available to me without any charges. However i had to have repeated conversations with the staff to make them understand about this. Moreover the person who is supposed to help in these activities was very reluctant in providing these items when he understood that these facilities are complimentary. I had to repeatedly discuss about these to finally avail a few of these facilities. This is a kind of embarrassment for me. The staff should be well aware about the packages chosen by the customers, they should be able to provide the eligible facilities without hesitation. Other than this i appreciate the stay very much.

Excellent location. Lots of greenery all around the place. Ample parking space. Beautiful layout of the cottages. Spacious rooms with nice and clean bathrooms. Large comfortable bed. Wall mounted fans present but no ac. However, didn't feel the need for it. The weather was quite cool with intermittent rains. Electric kettle with all amenities for tea/coffee making were provided. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash liquid were also provided. Geyser was present. The best part was the hospitality. Service was very prompt. Staff behaviour was excellent. Food was also excellent. We stayed for two days. On saturday the complimentary breakfast was a la carte due to lesser number of guests. On sunday, there was a buffet breakfast with a number of items for all tastes. Overall, a lovely experience. Would certainly like to visit and stay here again, if and when possible.

It was a wonderful experience altogether. The resort area is very well maintained with lighting, garden area and all. The staff was polite and well behaved, and was available on call, there was a confusion regarding dinner arrangements for which they offered me a discount from their side compensating for their fault which i found to be a very good quality in the hospitality. There is lot of space and entertainment all around the resort for all kinds of guests, couple, friends group and family with kids can enjoy equally. The rooms are well spaced and offer enough privacy. The rooms were clean and well maintained with all amenities in proper good functioning condition. The room i booked a meandering view of the jungle sunrise and a small stream.

Vythiri spring valley is an awesome place to stay for your vacation in wayanad. It's close by to famous view points and easy to reach & amid-st of nature. Great ambience & all the staff here from the management to the chef f, everyone welcomed us with a great smile & really helpful. Special thanks to mr joji manager, mr gopal krishna, the head chef & mr shaiju, mr vishnu at reception. We visited here with family & really enjoyed our stay at vythiri spring valley resort. The resort has cyclying, badminton, few indoor games, beautiful garden area & stream of water in the mid of the resort. If you are looking for a cozy, clean & stay in the mid of nature to de-stress this is the right place.

Positives very good property, rooms are good in size and very clean, toilets are very good, kavani stream is a big plus, staff is good and polite. Overall very good property. Negatives not much to do inside property, even for some activities they put charges, which is big disappointment. Food is hygienic, but very average in taste, and very limited options. Everyday they shall give same tasteless dal tadka. They should add activities like zip lining, dj, tambola, carrom, etc for guests instead of trying to extract more money. Overall a good property which lacks in recreational activities and good food.

This is the second sterling resort in wayanad, and it's a new addition. We traveled with our 1. 5-year-old daughter, and our stay at this resort was truly enjoyable. Chef mr. Gopalkrishnan went out of his way to accommodate my food requests, and i was touched by his kindness in preparing special meals for my daughter, who couldn't eat from the buffet. The entire staff, including deepak, rahul, and khadak singh, displayed a high level of professionalism and provided excellent service with great hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for families traveling with small children

Food was superb. Lots of varieties were provided. Chief chef gopal is an asset to this resort. Since we were roaming for sight seeing, we requested for on the go packed food. They arranged for the same. Staff abhijeet attended whatever we wanted immediately. All staff were caring and friendly. We had 3 great days. Rooms were spacious and neat. Christmas celebrations were super cool. Abdul whim south region lead also recommended us other resorts in sterling in kerala like allepey. Thanks for providing us a memorable vacation

I stayed for 1 night and it was fabulous, right from check in to check out the hospitality was superb. The staff delivers to your expectations and goes to all extents to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are quite spacious, not sure why there was no ac in my room. The washroom are super clean and room service is also good. Overall a recommendation that i would give if you are staying in vythiri.

The place was very cozy and comfortable the nearby river added beauty to the resort, food was good... Loved the weather, I can say nature at its peak

It was a pleasant experience. Reaching there is a bit difficult because of the road is very small. Food is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But the price of food is very high for this category of resort.

The environment was very pleasant surrounded by nature and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast and dinner are superb. Housekeeping was very neat and clean. .

A wonderful place, where u get peace of mind. We are are pretty busy in our life so to be in a relaxing mood this place is the best option. All staff members are humble n polite n are prompt in their actions like jinny from aladdin ‘s chirag will definitely visit again

We were 2 families and enjoyed the stay very much in sterling property. Cottages are very well built and in a good location. Food in the restuarant was awesome. Only disappointment was the lack of a swimming pool which was not expected from a sterling property.

Room was well maintained but the amenities provided were very less as compared to the room charges. The pool has been closed for a long time but the overall stay was good

we booked delux cottage. room was neat and clean nd we r 4members , 2adults and 2kids stayed wit 2 nights. the room was more than sufficient for 1family, especially food was good both veg nd nonveg is there(buffet system). kids engaging activities like cycling around the resorts and shuttle, carrom r ter so totally family friendly resort. simply said means a money worth stay.👌

It's a beautiful resort with kabini river flowing through it. If you are looking for a peaceful stay amid-st nature, this resort will not disappoint you. The taste of the food is very good but prices could have been little less. Rooms are neat and clean. Few improvement areas are services could have been better and some of the rooms that we had checked has dampness, so that should be taken care of.

Good resort and good supportive staff. We stayed two days and the resort was too good and it had good food. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere and surroundings
