Excellent & awesome stay. We stayed in this property with family during jun 2024. Stay was awesome with great comfort. Excellent & well maintained property located 5km off road amid-st close to nature adjacent to forest, where you can see dear walking & crossing the road occassionally. Weather was good with moderate rain off and on. Multicusine restaurent serving excellent veg food is awesome, where they have an offer (otg) enabli g you to get food packed from here and consume while you go for site-seing et, in order to have hygienic food of your choice. In general, all the staff here is very courteous, polite, and helpful. Now, time to write few words about the key staff members in the restaurent area, who made our stay memorable and comfortable. 1. Excellent property in the midst of nature; perfect destination for a relaxing yet enjoyable holiday. Our stay was made memorable by the courteous staff at activities center and those in the restaurant. Dileep, in charge of indoor & outdoor activities at the resort, was full of energy and ensured that the guests had fun-filled mornings and evenings. The restaurant, led by chef sanjo, had delicious food to offer, covering different cuisines. All the staff in the restaurant were always around to help with the smallest of request and quick service - boni, suman, bijay, bhishma, nancy, ankit, and he-manta were great and made the experience worth remembering.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at sterling wayanad, and would to express my heartfelt thanks for an amazing and delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and i felt immediately at ease. The resort is located a bit far from main wayanad but we liked it for that reason. It is inside forest area but fully secured. We were welcomed by diwa very gracefully and we were moved to our room with a stunning view. The property has many indoor and outdoor activities which are the main attraction. Restaurant food is delicious but the room service time is quite long so that can be improved. Overall great experience. Special mention nancy and trip-ti for great service

We had excellent stay from 11th to 13th at sterling wayanad. The property is very well designed and lovely greenery is there inside. We enjoyed thoroughly the family games on the evening of 12th july by mr. Dileep. Myself, wife, son and daughter enjoyed these games played by mr. Dileep. He is having special ability to engage people. Apart from this ms. Trip-ti of front desk was very helpful. I strongly recommend sterling wayanad for a amazing stay with family.

Sterling wayanad was a very pleasant stay. It was a last minute decision to go there for the new year. The property is clean and there are a number of activities on premises. We didn’t two days there with just a small visit to a safari. Food is always a concern for vegetarians in kerala but sterling was great. While the buffet options are fairly limited for breakfast/lunch/dinner, since we are not heavy eaters, it was fine.

We went to celebrate our little one’s birthday. The stay was nice and pleasant. The property is surrounded with greenary. The hospitality was awesome - i must mention chin-may and greeshima at the front desk were very polite and attentive to our needs. They decorated the room and arranged a cake as well. Pottery and event manager deserves kudos as well. The indoor kids playing area could be enhanced a bit.

The stay at the sterling wayanad was great. Great hospitality from the people there starting from reception itself. The place is near the forest so the weather is great. And a lot of activities for us to do. Overall i enjoyed the stay. Hopefully next time will stay for longer. More activities and places to visit which i missed this time.

Excellent location amid-st lush green forest. Food quality is good. Rooms and amenities are great. Services are too good. Only drawback is the non-availability of a bar counter which may turn away the party lovers.

It was a pleasant stay at sterling wayanad, the staff was courteous and friendly, they made sure we had a comfortable stay. Food was good, especially their breakfast buffet had lot of options. We would really recommend the place to family and friends.

Stay was very good, excellent property, nice food, few unexpected things like no bar counter, no mats in classic rooms, when power trips and comes back there is a big noise

The stay was comfortable. The hospitality was very good. The location is great for someone who is looking for a very peaceful and green environment. The only thing i felt could be improved was the dinner buffet. The taste was average and options were less.

The location of the property looks away and remote but once you enter inside the property we feel stunned and amazed. Its a big and great property and the facilities are great. The staff behavior was very polite and always ready to serve. Always recommend this property to all.
