The location was excellent, with many prime attractions within walking distance, including Ladies Seat, Rose Garden, Silk Garden, and boating spots. The property's ambience was pleasant, and the food was satisfactory. However, the building appears slightly old, and access to certain rooms requires using stairs, as the elevator only reaches a specific level—especially for rooms with a view, like the double bedroom suite. Classic rooms provide easier access but may lack scenic views. The property features two parks and a recreation area with board games, PlayStation, table tennis, and air hockey, though some games require an additional charge. During our stay, we enjoyed a family gathering with fun activities for kids and parents, culminating in an evening DJ session. overall it was a good exp. For an excellent view try getting a double bedroom suite and ask for room number 101 or 102, but you will need to take stairs and walk to the top, please keep that in mind.

Wonderful Stay at Sterling Yercaud – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing stay at Sterling Yercaud, and it was truly a hassle-free experience, even with our newborn. The Sterling Yercaud provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway for families. A huge shoutout to Shahina, Mahak, and Vijay, who were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and prompt assistance made everything so much easier for us. The entire staff was courteous, ensuring we had everything we needed. The property is well-maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, Sterling Yercaud is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. We had a great time and would definitely love to visit again!

Stay was very pleasant , staffs were very friendly and courteous. Must appreciate the menu and the chef , had a delightful breakfast which included a wide variety of dishes. Only thing which disappointed me was the room, which had broken night lamp, unclean curtain and chain of the roller blind was not working, also the corridors for valley view of the room could be cleaned then and there, as there is monkey menace.. yet I had good memories and a great experience staying here.

sterling yercaud Sterling Yercaud location ia top notch it's very near to lady and gent seat point. have an amazing view from the Sterling Yercaud balcony. staffs are very courteous. Breakfast menu was also decent and tasty. because of the landscape, you need to climb up and down through stairs. might be difficult for the elder people. overall we had a very great experience.

Location is very good - Walkable to most tourists attraction. Valley view from balcony is amazing and gives very good refresh to mind during morning times. Service is good and well maintained property. On other side, the food in the restaurant in this resort is too expensive - you can plan to visit near by very good other restaurant. Overall it is very good stay with family .

We were very happy with our stay at Sterling Yercaud. The view from our room balcony was breath taking, the buffet food was delicious and they also had some fun interactions with the guests in the night. It was a very warm and pleasant experience for us as a family.

The staff is courteous, rooms are clean, food is also good. breakfast and dinner buffet was good. View from the balcony was amazing Road to the Sterling Yercaud is also fine. A good place to stay and enjoy.

Overall stay was nice. We enjoyed our stay there.All the staffs were cooperative. Ms Mahak coordinate with us and she was really nice.

It’s a great place to stay with a great view. The rooms are great and the food tastes awesome. However there are a lot of stairs at this place and not suited for elders. The room service also takes a lot of time.

We liked the property location very much with the valley view and the sun sets. The breakfasts were awesome with a wide spread. Amenities and services were quite okay, but kids missed the swimming pool.

Excellent stay for family for 4, valley view was simply great. Rooms were very clean. Climbing steps to reach rooms was little hassle for old people but manageable.
