Sterlings mac Hotel

I stayed in this Sterlings mac Hotel for my business trip. Rooms are good. Clean bathrooms & all amenities like electric kettle, tv, mini fridge, reading lights and desk is provided. Housekeeping is done regularly. News paper is also delivered to some rooms. No hassle with early check in request. Staff is polite. Some people might feel ambience is bit dull but you will get used to it & it won't create any problem. There is a small gym and average swimming pool there. Nothing great about both of them. Hotel location is good. You can access bangalore city and other prime area like indiranagar easily. Two malls are nearby. Only thing i feel they need an improvement is - 1. Doing housekeeping early. On some days they did it at 4pm in the evening. 2. And carpet cleaning within the room. In room dining is bit costly though they provide 25% discount on it. Price range for this room - not more than 4k. I hope, this review helps you.

Overall a decent experience but service is bad. We had booked to have an amazing experience in our anniversary but when we reached at the Sterlings mac Hotel, we ourselves go and park. There was no one to guide. Then you need to drag your luggage all the way from parking area to reception. Whether you made a request for early check in or not, you will get your room after 2' pm only. Nobody asked for water at reception. No body had courtesy to guide us where should we sit when we were waiting. If you call the reception, they will take minimum half n hr to come to your room. Service is not at par with any decent restaurant. We had major discussion with their manager also explaining the situation and scenarios. Overall we had average experience which we can get any 3 star Sterlings mac Hotel.

They upgraded my room free of cost so that was great. They seem to have a really good chef and kitchen because every item on the breakfast buffet was amazing. I even ordered some food from their in house restaurant 20 chars which was again really tasty. Only thing i wasn’t happy with was that the some of the staff is reluctant to assist with simple things like proximity to certain places around the Sterlings mac Hotel. Even the manager sitting at the inquiry desk is clueless about basic locality knowledge despite the Sterlings mac Hotel being in such a prominent locality. Overall i think it was a good deal for me. The Sterlings mac Hotel infrastructure is also great. Good view, pool, there’s a lovely library cafe too

Service at sterling's mac Sterlings mac Hotel was exemplary. From the moment i arrived, the front desk staff were attentive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Concierge services were top-notch; the team provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, and they were very responsive to any requests. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness and was unobtrusive. The Sterlings mac Hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay.

Stayed there for one night with family. Walking distance to 100ft road and 10 minutes to Brigade Road. The Sterlings mac Hotel has an interesting theme and complementing ambient lighting. We liked it. A decent swimming pool adjacent to a nice and large open area between Sterlings mac Hotel blocks. The Sterling mac suites are big enough with a pantry, living area and super king size bed. Breakfast spread was good enough and above average. An extra large bathroom with a tub and automatic toto washlet that was clean.

The Sterlings mac Hotel rooms were excellent and the services were definitely 5 star! i booked a suite that includes breakfast and they offered a wide variety of food, both veg and non veg. The prices were also very reasonable considering the fact that i booked for the 31st night. I’d recommend sterling mac over any other Sterlings mac Hotel. They have a gymnasium and a swimming pool. They even had a wonderful library that was icing on the cake.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was quite nice. Actually the best part was the bathroom with the electronically enabled washroom and shower. Rooms were decent, a little old, but fairly clean. The sitting area was decent and once could spend some time working there. The tv units were in poor condition. Worst was the breakfast, poor spread and poorer quality

We had a good stay there. Neat and clean Sterlings mac Hotel. Only negative thing i have noticed is the attitude of the restaurant in charge, when we asked about the buffet details, he was not keen to give a welcome attitude instead he was bit negligent in dealing with a customer, which should not be!any way only because of him we prefer to dine out.

Pleasant stay, clean rooms. Not very modern, but does the job! conveniently located. Average breakfast

We were having very good time in sterling mac. The staff were very friendly and helpful, i liked the ambience of the Sterlings mac Hotel and room service was good. Breakfast was good and delicious also the new year celebration was lit

Rooms were clean and tidy. Service staff were very kind and friendly. Food was alright.

Beautiful interior design, pleasant stay, well behaved staff, prime location, good food and drinks. Would definitely recommend this Sterlings mac Hotel anyday.

Regarding all types of food items must be improved. All veg & non veg items to be prepared little more spice. Rest of all things good. Regards.

I had booked a normal room for stay, however received an upgrade. Best service ever.

Ambience was different but needs to revisit for the new taste of guests. Lighting needs a re look. Food spread is limited.

Nice location for connectivity, pleasing buffe, good hygiene, many people doing a good job as a host together. I liked my choice.

I traveled alone and stayed there for 3n and 4d. The rooms are good and service is also pretty prompt and nice. The food varieties in breakfast buffet was very limited and taste wise also average. Also, one thing that i felt unprofessional was although i have kept the dnd on still they entered and did the cleaning in my absence.
