Sterling Stolen Heaven Lonavala

The guard on the main gate was warm, the front desk staff was casual with us initially but grew professional after a gentle reminder of who is guesting who. Later they also arranged for a last minute cake and bouquet for the occasion for which i had go to the kitchen personally in order to plate and prepare it but still the guy on the night duty was inclined on making it special with whatever he could. Their kitchen closes by 10pm against but we were wrongly informed of the time being 10:30pm, and upon asking for solutions, they suggested of chinese and that too i think was ordered from outside. The housekeeping staff was very causal with their approach towards work but still got things done but in their own time. Overall you have to be vigilant on how you wish to be treated to receive the right kind of treatment from the property, which in some ways takes away from the overall experience.

Resort and rooms are excellent. Swimming pool is large and clean. Buffet food(available on if large footfall) is decent(don't expect a very huge spread. Table tennis table needs improvement(ball does not bounce. Also fussball needs improvement. Other sports like cricket, badminton, chess, ludo, cycle are good. Staff is helpful. Entrance signage to Sterling Stolen Heaven Lonavala can be improved(bit confusing.

It's a nice and cozy property with beautiful ambience and great food. Good place to spend time with your family or friends. Suitable for large groups also. Food was very good, menu has a lot of variety to cater to different choices. Morning breakfast was a good spread across cuisines. The staff is courteous and very helpful.

Location - it's entrance is on the main old mumbai pune road, its 5km away from lonavala town. There are no buildings or settlements around it so it gives feel of farm or mini forest. Setup - it's like goa kind of bunch of 2 floor villas. Cleanliness was perfect inside out, swimming pool, restaurant were also very good.

It was very good experience and kids enjoyed a lot with lots of games and activities. Special thanks to the akshay f&b in restaurant and sikander who entertained all with activities and games.

Property is good and serene. Recreational activities are a bonus and staff is polite and quick to help.

Very good and pleasant stay, best place to stay for families with kids. Premises are well maintained and rooms are kept completely clean and tidy.

Large single bed room apartment, good. Away from highway but not far, good peaceful location. A convenience store would help a lot.

Sterling never disappoints. This being a new sterling resort offers excellent food, spacious rooms, wonderful staff, excellent location and splendid amenities

Rooms were okay with basic facilities but the resort’s location was nice. The food was good overall.
