The welcome was good and the room was neat and clean with all the mentioned amenities. There was 24/7 hot water availability and the room service was good. The complimentary breakfast was also good. However, there were some drawbacks such as the absence of mats near the door and balcony in the rooms. Additionally, the lack of a lift facility could be challenging for the elderly as my room was on the third floor. The restaurant had a decent menu, but the pricing was on the higher side. They charged 250rs for a veg thali, and although the taste was good, the disappointment was that they did not serve a small cup of curd, which is common with a south indian meal. Considering the price of 250rs per meal, it should have been served. Overall, it was a good stay and restaurant experience.

We had a happy experience of staying at this Stone Wood Hotel Amboli. They have well maintained lawn with plants all around. Play area for kids is nice. Breakfast buffet was good. We had thali for dinner which was delicious. View from balcony was good. Service was fast. I recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

In the buffett laid for breakfast i found dead worms in the mung beans. The watermelon was cut by some knife which was used to cook perhaps, because some pieces of watermelon had salt and pepper taste. The tea kettle was not working in the room, the attendant however replaced it.

We had a great experience of staying in stonewood. It's located in very scenic place. It's maintain quite well. Staffs were very friendly. Food quality was good & reasonable as well. Will like to spend some time during rainy season.

Hotel is conveniently located on highway with good facilities like car parking, swimming pool, restaurant etc. Rooms are spacious and staff is cooperative. Highly recommended for family outing
