The overall experience with the resort left a rather disappointing end as there were many shortcomings from a five star rated resort. For starters, there was no pool or gym which is very well expected. The services were slow more often than not and even the managerial staff did not seem very proficient. We paid for Mountain View Mudina suite only to experience construction site view from our room. Other amenities including food & activities were just about average and nothing extraordinary. We wanted to use our membership food vouchers at the time of checkout but were told they had to given at the time of dining and were denied straightaway. The staff was unaccommodating and were unbecoming of a so to say luxury five star resort.

Further with reference to your feedback, yes as of now we don't have Swimming pool and Gym facility and we have clearly mentioned on all channel about this. Also when investigated it was found that you had booked Abhaya double room and you stayed in that room only facing valley view and it wasn't a construction facing. The property is scenic and serene. Staff is polite but the only area which require improvement in buffet spreads...both dinner as well as lunch buffet had limited choice going by 5 star stands. My stay was extremely comfortable

We had a wonderful experience at ITC Storii Amora. We were travelling with a toddler and staff was very supportive and cordial. They understood our needs and took a special note of our needs. I would recommend it if you want a relaxing stay away from hustle bustle of the town.

Excellent property with great rooms. They upgraded me to a superior category room having ample space to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Very courteous staff. The food was awesome with great options like Dham - a local delicacy. Swimming pool is under construction and spa service is offered in a make shift arrangement. The only drawback is the distance of the property from important sightseeing locations. You need to book a taxi/cab to go around. Travel desk available.

The property's location was simply perfect...offbeat from the hustle bustle of the main city...plus the view if dhauladhar ranges was a cherry on the cake.. The staff was very courteous and their food was just lip-smacking.. Will definitely stay again here once i come back to dharamshala...

This is an average property with minimal amenities. Most of the things are under construction. The food and rooms are average. It is difficult to choose a stay here again.

soloI was staying at this fabulous place during my birthday and what a gift the experience was! firstly, the staff is extremely thorough, professional and polite. On top of that they are quick to respond to requests. The food was amazing, specifically the breakfast buffet which was truly rich with a wide range of dishes to gorge on. Special thanks to jitender (jitu) who led a surprise birthday celebration for me and ensured that my stay was one to remember. Shubham - the one who helped me plan my sightseeing and ensured that i went to all the key landmarks. Also monty - the taxi guy who helped me explore dharamshala comfortably with a brilliantly positive attitude. I totally recommend storii by itc, amoha, for blissful and comfortable getaways.
