Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa

I enquired with the Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa website for reservations, but found better prices with another travel site and booked the deluxe room for 1 night. The reservation was for my wedding anniversary and i wanted to spend some quality time with my wife alone. I booked and i am happy i did. The location of the Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa is very convinient, just about 40 mins from my place in salt lake, kolkata. The Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa offers ample space to roam around and has a small garden attached to each of its room, which is an excellent option to spend some quiet time in the evening. Checkin check out was as smooth as possible. We were given early checkins and it made us feel really special. Rooms are spacious & trendy, and bathrooms are well equipped, appropriate to the better standards of itc. Hotel offers friendly and courteous staff who try every bit to make the stay compfortable. Evening tea and snacks is on house and they organize some games to engage the guests. As for the food part, we were really satisfied with the options provided. Breakfast spread was very impressive. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and happy.

If you are looking for tranquil surrounding away from bustling city life for a quiet getaway, storii is where you need to head to. I was there to celebrate my mother's 79 th birthday & she was really amazed that such a place exists near to kolkata max around 30-35 kms you can enjoy sitting out in the balcony sipping your morning tea or coffee listening to the birds. There is a small good gym to exercise & a nice spa too. Staff were extremely courteous, they took care of special needs like getting a wheelchair for my mother food specially breakfast was hearty with lot of choice. We had a memorable stay. If you have not been make it a point to be there

We had a wonderful stay at storii amid greenery and calm environment. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The food quality is good and nice variety. The rooms were nice and spacious and the swimming pool was also very clean. Just a small suggestion was to add some recreation facilities like carom, table tennis, etc. So that kids have something to do in the evening. Overall a lovely place and would love to visit again. Also i would like to thank the staff for the cake given for my husband’s birthday.

It was an amazing experience. The rooms were big and the concept of "close to nature" was refreshing. The spa rooms are gigantic making the place true to its name "spa resort". Food tasted authentic. The property has its own charm. The also provided complimentary high tea which was an added bonus to the trip.

It was a good experience overall. We liked the resort it was well maintained and food was amazing. But there is only one feedback to be mentioned that kindly so provide more lights inside games room.

It was a well managed property with greenery all the side. Good food. The complimentary hi tea was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff very courteous. The quality of food. Was good.

A perfect staycation in kolkata. The place is brand new and staff is always smiling and eager to serve. Pool is beautiful but the highlight is the signature spa therapies

The resort was well maintained, with game rooms and a wonderful spa. The restaurant though falls a bit short, needs more breakfast variety as well
