The Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali itself is located in a very peaceful location with multiple tracking locations nearby. The Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali is exceptionally maintained and conduct of the staff is also very polite and helpful. The initiative of the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali to reduce plastic waste is appreciable. The food has a slightly Rajasthani touch to it and it is one of the best meals I had in any Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali/restaurant (the Laal Maans and moon dal was exceptional). The one major disappointment would be the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali's travel desk. We requested them for the drop cab for Chandigarh. The charges were exorbitant but we went with it hoping for a better experience. The cab which came on the first day had a punctured tire with no spare tire. Not to mentioned the cab was in deplorable condition and the driver was not at all professional. The cab had no taxi permit either. After cab driver failed to fix his tire problem for more than two hours we decided to extend our trip by one day and bore all related expenses (more than 15K). We requested the travel desk to get a proper cab with permit and professional driver the next day. However the cab next day had not a taxi permit and the condition of the cab was equally bad. The driver ends up crashing the cab in our way back to Chandigarh. With almost no help from the travel desk, we waited for 3-4hrs before cab could be fixed and we can resume our travel. To summarise, one can find beautiful structures and great amenities anywhere but this place has a culture of its own which makes it stand out from the rest of the places. Just don't trust their travel desk and you will have a great time.

As you pass through Manali after all-day drive from Chandigarh, you feel good that all the crazy traffic of Manali is in the opposite direction! Located just north of Manali town amidst beautiful Apple orchards, Urvashi's Retreat is a paradise for thrill seekers and people looking just to relax in a beautiful location alike. Property, landscaping, rooms, spa all are excellent. Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful in every way. Our parents' dietary requirements were fully adhered to for all meals. The room service is quick and spot on. There is a paragliding facility right behind the property. It is a quick 5 minutes walk form a beautiful stream. There is climbing and rippling facility not so far as well. The best draw for our children was Magic! Amazing and playful dog of the owner of the resort. The owner of the resort is also very hands on and cooks amazing deserts! We wanted to purchase almond butter that she made, but they had run out of it. Next time, maybe...

Location away from hustle and crowded Manali town. Beautiful location with excellent view. Rooms were very spacious and tastefully decorated. Very few places actually look better than the pictures and this place is one. This place is a hidden gem. Excellent views of snow capped mountains all around. Amazing staff, Giriraj from reception, and Arjun from restaurant always went over and beyond and made our stay very pleasant. Excellent food, and not much expensive. Facilities very well maintained pool table used it for an hour when it was raining outside, and few other board games. All kept clean and maintained neatly. Overall excellent stay, and I highly recommend Urvashi Retreat to all who wish to stay in Manali.

Urvashi's retreat was the highlight of our trip to Manali. Rooms were very comfortable, bathrooms well equipped with everything working well, good recreational facilities like pool table, fireplace and books. On top of that, the staff was really polite and caring especially the staff at the restaurant. The Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali is a bit away from manali town this is good because it is quiet and away from the hustle bustle but the downside is the need to book a taxi each time you want to do into the main town. Overall highly recommend the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali.

Don't give it a second thought if your budget allows. We had booked a room for 4 days and it was one of the most memorable stay. Staffs are polite, food is good and location is superb. Their wifi connection is fast enough to get all your work done without any issue. I was easily getting 15mbps to 20mbps speed and it was sufficient for me. The approach road (via that hanging bridge) is a bit scary especially if you are coming from plain area like delhi but you can take a bit longer route via the newly constructed bridge and you won't face any issue. I'm looking forward to visit there one more time.

Anyone who want to stay in peace and relax then urvashi retreat is best option. Beautifully decorated cottages and rooms have many options of views. Their own garden too aesthetically designed. Staff is polite and helpful. Home away from home. If you don't want to go out then too many activities you can do in Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali like reading(they have good collection of book, though very few), playing chess or carom or one can do work out in well equipped gym. If nothing you want to do just relax and watch beautiful view from window.

Absolutely delighted with the service offered at Urvashi. Though a lot is made about the wooden houses, modern bath fittings, etc. I think what makes the resort stand out is the exemplary attitude of its staff towards guest delight. Other factors like it's secluded location, terrific views, tasty food, etc are add on delights! Special mention to right to Mr. Jitendra Singh. One of their chefs who walked the extra distance to ensure our comfort. We had a great stay at Urvashi and hope to return there soon!

So the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali approac road was under maintenance and it was difficult to access. This trip was for my parents so it got a little difficult for them the stay was very good the rooms are neat and the view is beautiful the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali staff is very courteous as soon as i contacted them within 30mins my parents had reached the Storii By ITC Hotels Urvashis Retreat, Manali apart from that one thing we were satisfied

Tastefully designed resort. First morning view of beautiful snow capped peaks makes your day. Food is great. Staff is courteous and helping. It's a wonderful place for family vacation. It's sitting at same distance from both Solang Valley and old Manali.

The owner of our ashy sink is a very nice person and she has created an eco-friendly environment with all humble staff who are very supportive. I will recommend this resort to all who want value for money and personalized treatment, it's Worth. Awesome experience can never forget.

We went to Manali on a family trip and booked "Urvashi Retreat" solely based on location and website pictures and gladly it turned out to be one of our most memorable and enjoyable trip. The room was massive with picturesque garden view. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The ambience of the resort would make you want to come back again. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Manali and would wish to visit again. Good job guys!
