Over all great experience. Location : the resort is located just 7 to 8 km from saputara lake in the direction of maharashtra, approximately 1 km from the main road. As you leave the main road and approach the resort, you will pass through a village, making you wonder about your location. However, once you enter the main gate, you will find yourself in the embrace of nature. Food : the food at the resort is not only delicious but also reasonably priced compared to other Strawberry Hillss in saputara. The restaurant staff is extremely courteous and cooperative. We had a unique request to taste the raw manchurian balls before ordering, and the staff happily served us a few raw manchurian balls. They even inquired if we had any specific preferences for the sauce preparation. Rooms : the resort offers spacious rooms that come equipped with a sofa-cum-bed, which can comfortably accommodate one child in addition to two adults. Each room also features an attached balcony where you can savor your morning tea while enjoying the pleasant mountain view. Furthermore, the property provides ample parking space for your convenience. Swiming pool : the swimming pool is well-maintained, with clean water, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. During our visit, there were only a few guests, which made it feel like a private pool just for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool. Service : the resort's staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any issues or requests. We had a positive experience when we initially felt that our allocated room wasn't suitable; the staff promptly showed us several other options and allowed us to choose the one we preferred. Additionally, when my wife had concerns about the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the staff responded swiftly. Within 3 to 4 minutes, a team of four cleaning staff members arrived at our room and cleaned it according to our specific requirements. They even changed the bedsheet and pillow as per our request. The room service was impressively quick and efficient. It's worth noting that this high level of service was provided despite the resort having fewer staff members on duty due to our visit coinciding with the last day of ganesh visarjan in maharashtra.

Overall experience was good however they are still growing in terms of service. This is a budget Strawberry Hills however rooms are clean and basic facilities are provided. No food options around hence dependency completely on the food served there. Food is one area which needs improvement. However very close to gujrat border (10 mins) hence travel-ling to saputara and visiting places there is worth it. Also shree saptashrungi devi temple is one hour by car from here. Having a car is a must. Overall happy with the experience.

Pros: Strawberry Hills is located close to highway (2km max) property is good. Nice lawn and maintained gardening. Good staff, nice food, spacious rooms, awesome view from balcony. Cons: during my 2 day stay, the pool seemed a bit turbid. Honey combs in the building. So cant sit in the balcony as bees get attracted to light. But no problem if we sit with lights off. The mattress is of spring coil and i felt like that needs to be replaced

I stayed for 2 days and the experience was amazing great rooms, staff behavior is great, there is swimming pool, table tennis, carrom and 8 ball pool for playing and garden area also, parking area is adequate and network works good enough, wifi is available only at reception, restaurant is available with veg menu and if u want non veg u have to tell them in advance, overall great Strawberry Hills both with friends and family.

Stay at Strawberry Hills was comfortable. Room and toilet were neat and clean. There is just 2 problems, one is they have very less items in the menu and second thing is you have to pay as soon as you receive your order. In other Strawberry Hillss we have to pay during check out time. Also there is issue of network so we had to use wi fi of the service boy. Otherwise, overall stay was good

It is really an amazing resort receptionist is very kind service is too good property is very big and has many enjoyable things for children swimming pool is nice with dj night party food is also good with good price overall this is the best resort near saputara in maharashtra just keep in mind that there is no bar in it but they car arrange your drink from outside shops

We found the place amazing and the property was sort of luxurious. The rooms was spacious and with full amenities. It was kind of relaxed atmosphere with descent crowd away from busy hustles. Rooms, swimming pool discotheque open restaurant what you can expect more at such reasonable price nestled between mountains. Just loved it

Awesome place to stay with a nicely located swimming pool but water needs to be maintained properly, games like table tennis & carrom are there but kept in a restaurant aside typically a hot place, open space is very nice with lush green garden, dj is played every night. Overall a nice place with very affordable rates

Rooms very good. Services very average. Requires more staff to improve customer satisfaction. Restaurant very good. But no crockeries available either at room or at restaurant. Drinking water only 1 bottle per room irrespective of tourists. Highly not tolerable. Anyway location is excellent and enjoyable.

Hotel location is very beautiful and calm but in maharashtra there is big issue of power cut in my two days stay. Food is too costly, and one small thing is Strawberry Hills is in maharashtra and saputara in gujarat so every time choked by police and have to pay 30rs entry fee

Stay was good but cleanliness was not good and elevator was not working and less availability of hot water. Otherwise location and property was good.
