It was amazing specially Gardens , Swimming pool, restaurant and other services

Location is good, Food was average. Satisfied with the amenities and services

negligence of customer service even wifi were not available in rooms. reality was different wht it was shown

very low services no wifi in the room no amenities what we expected. if they want they can improve the services.

not like staff and not include breakfast heavy price hotel hotel is a very poor and backward area not available out frood

It was wonderful experience to stay at strawberry hills, location is awesome and if we talk about facility like room and hot water is excellent , 24 hrs hot water

Outside looks were very beautiful. But Rooms accessories like lock and sanitary fitting were old . Swimming pool had broken tiles inside . Watch out . My child got injured due to this .

Worst experience in a hotel listed on MMT, location horrible, property - worst, Staff members attitude - Terrible, no tea, no towel and toiletries in the room, we checked out early out of frustration.

There were many problems in Strawberry Hills ➡️ room was unclean. ➡️ there was so many Mosquitos ➡️There was not any basic toiletries like tissue rolls , shampoo etc ➡️there was no comod on toilet seat which was very uncomfortable ➡️handle of toilet was broken ➡️there was no wi-fi in rooms or loby area ➡️in the booking terms you have mention that you will not allow only males group but there was two group of only males ➡️that's why DJ evening (8pm-10pm) atmosphere was like low class bar That's why we are unsatisfied with this property

The room was stinking. In the bathroom, there was poor arrangement for the water outlet system. Towels were dirty.

Even though my room was booked, I had to wait on reception because of some random guy was demanding for some specific room and the guy at the reception was attending him first and wasted lots of time. Secondly, no breakfast was provided in room even though I was ready to pay money, reception was not receiving calls and towels were not provided which is very basic in all hotels. No one was available to take my luggage to the room. No hot water was provided for bathing. Room price was about basic services were not provided. Very pathetic hotel as per its price.

The restaurant service and food is very poor. Restaurant control is not under hotel management. Room service and maintenance department is also not good.

Property location is good, we stayed at D towers newly constructed, room service are not there, phone available but not working we have to approach reception by physically for any requirement, same for the restaurant…need lots of improvements…

Nice ambience, nice spacious rooms , a bed come sofa available for the 3rd person in a good budget friendly place. The place is in Maharashtra, just about 5 kms from Saputara so make sure to plan the itinerary accordingly.
