I stayed at the Studio Rooms in Kamat Holiday Homes by Aspire Ventures for three nights during my visit to the city. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and public transportation. We are group of 4 people stayed in one room. Hotel provides the extra bed as per our requirement. 4 people comfortably stay there. Water gyser, refrigerator, air conditioner were in working condition. Room service was available all the time and Studio Rooms in Kamat Holiday Homes by Aspire Ventures owner is also helpful. It is located near candolim beach at walkable distance. Newtow's super market is add extra advantages where liquor and all other stuff easily available. Overall good stay.

It was wonderful experience at property. Large room in which 5-7 people can stay in one room. Neat and clean rooms, bathroom. Market is nearby. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Shared swimming pool just in front of rooms. Pool is well maintained. Overall it was great stay. Only one request to property manager. Please provide one small kitchen, if we book for group or large family.

I found this property in make my trip and i easily reached this property. Map guide me for that. This property ambiyanes is very nice. Property has its own swimming pool and that pool is very clean and hygiene. Toilets are very clean and room service is marvels. No mosquitoes and ac is very powerful overall we are very happy to stay this property 100% satisfied

Everything seemed perfect! a couple of things to consider housekeeping should happen everyday and the rags should be picked up everyday. Provide soaps. Provide drinking water which is very basic everyday. Otherwise the stay the rooms and the beautiful scene outside just made our day. We thank you!

The best place to stay wid family. Clean place hygiene maintained beautiful ambience pool well-maintained. Ganga ram helped us a lot. He is very polite n never hesitate to do thgs. I misplaced the keys of our room he asked to wait for 10 min n bought duplicate keys. M very thankful to him

The place was amazing. It was clean and pretty spacious. We booked two single rooms but we got upgraded to a 2bhk.

The staff (vinod) was very polite and he was available 24/7. Neat rooms and cool balcony views. All the facilities were good and pool was wel maintained. Enjoyed and one of the best stays in goa.
