Subha Residency

The place is located very close to majestic bus stand and 500 mts from bengaluru city railway station. Rooms are pretty basic. Okay for staying alone or with friends if you just wish to sleep in room and want to carry on with your work in day. Warm water is there but bathroom is very small. Small lcd in all the rooms. We did not use the food service. For a price tag of 500 to 700, it's a good choice close to bus stand. For good stay experience with family, other options to be considered.

Room was best. Their clean toilet and bathroom. Service given is awesome. Room service is fast. Room is clean etc. I stay in a lot of Subha Residencys-a lot of Subha Residencys! So I am a little particular where I stay, what I expect and what I am charged for. Location is near to majestic and railway station. Room is good. While checking into Subha Residency the receptionist asked for extra pay. I took make my trip assistance for solving this and stayed at Subha Residency without paying extra amount. I think there is a communication gap to be filled between the Subha Residencys and make my trip. Other than this the stay is good.

The facilities provided by the Subha Residency was good but at satisfactory level. Rate for the Subha Residency rooms should be less. When booked the rate was different and when checked in the rate was different for which I had to pay more. This is the second time the booking and paying amount differed when used MakeMyTrip services.

No nonsense Subha Residency, nothing fancy. Just what a Subha Residency should be, at this price point, perfect. Just adjacent to majestic and railway station, so perfect for those travelling by train or bus, but in a quiet locality so you won't be bothered by any noise.

By walking only about seven minutes from Bangaluru City Jungtion Railway Station to the Residency. You can also go to Majestic Bus Stand to take any bus wherever do hou want to go to citytour, airport or inter city link. Just walking to those place is easy if you want,

When you in journey very midnite this residency is excellent. We can check in before time of check in if you need. With hospitality staff and offiice boy all become more perfect. Room is clean and address is near to bus stand MAJESTIC and SBC railway station.

Very good place to go for with your family for a trip to stay at. Hotel rooms are well furnished and kept in good conditions, no problem with any of the daily necessities. Have good views to look at and capture some memories

It was a better experience but in reception they din give proper information what we are asking I was waiting there to talk to the person in reception but he was talking through phone

Rooms small. Good for short stays. Average Hotel. Good as per the budget. Value for money. Location wise OK. Would not suggest to couples. The main disadvantage is that lifts Re not available. Good for business trips

Hotel Subha residency is good Subha Residency that price range 600 to 800. Lift is not there in this Subha Residency. Bathroom tutorial is not provided in that. Hotel is near Bangalore city station. Rooms are clean & clear. Bathroom is smaller in size.

This is also a budget Subha Residency only for who book through MakeMyTrip, there should be a slight difference in price. Anyway good Subha Residency for all and walkable distance from city railway station and bus station.

Hotel management was good. Check-in was very easy. But no lift to go upstairs. The room I stayed was excellent except bathroom knob wasn't working. Food delivery is also fine. Service is good. Walk-able from majestic Bengaluru. Good Subha Residency.

It was okay. I stayed in a single room, non-AC I got it cheaper price at MakeMyTrip. Wherein the Subha Residency price is was higher.
