This property is not well maintained. The room, AC, and bed are in poor condition. Bath towels look very old and overused. Overall, the hotel management is very poor — I don’t recommend staying here. Even a local lodge would be better. The place is uncomfortable, and even the water purifier is not working properly.

Location is fine, facilities are not great. Maintenance was poor. Even the check in experience was not proper. They dont even have the MakeMyTrip booking handy and made few calls to their staffs and made us wait for 15 mins before they decide to give a room

family1. Ac was not working - 3 times problem happened they asked me to change the room at mid night. It is very difficult to change the room at mid night with kids. 2. Old hotel and not fit for the stay. 3. No breakfast / no restaurant and they purchase from local and serve into the room. Finally it is not a palace - it is one more place

I cannot comment about the room but their service is terrible in all aspects 1)i called them thrice before reaching the hotel but no one responded the call (in interval of an hour and two different numbers) then reached them via land line 2)in the call i confirmed that i will reach at 11pm and asked to keep the room prepared (it is already booked) 3) but while reaching the room at the said time they are stating that no room is ready and asked for another 15 minutes to arrange the room 4) after reaching the room i intended to refresh but there is no refreshment kit so called the reception and asked the same but they didn't sent the same 5) they said breakfast will be served at room on 8am but while i am calling at 8:20 they stated that they are yet to purchase and still at 8:50 they didn't served the breakfast 6)the economy single room are average to stay(this is the only room i got) verdict:if you are on a official trip and if you used to stay in good hotels never ever think about this hotel to stay, their hospitality will definitely boil your blood

Comfortable stay. Though the interiors looked old, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. No restaurant in the premises and the food they gave for free breakfast was not good. So we got it through swiggy. Because of the solar heater, getting hot water was very difficult.
