Sublime Homestay Forest View Near XIMB

I stayed at Sublime Homestay in Bhubaneswar recently. The property is decent and the staff were courteous, but overall the experience did not justify the cost. The room rent is quite high for the facilities offered, and the food prices are also steep compared to both the quality and portion size. While the place is clean and peaceful, the value for money is poor. There are several other homestays in Bhubaneswar offering similar comfort at a much more reasonable rate.

We were traveling to Bhubaneswar to attend a few family functions and marriages. Found Sublime HomeStay in MMT. It was a great experience. Sujit and Etti are good hosts. The place is very clean and the linen and towels were fresh. They have a lift too. So you don’t have to take the steps to second floor. Hosts are flexible, easy to talk to and treat you like a guest in their home. Enjoyed the stay.

The room is very good, the location is a bit tough to find for first times. No name or board nearby to find. Food is ok

I booked the homestay so that my parents feel comfortable during the visit at Bhubaneswar. At the end of the Bhubaneswar trip, my father said that, he never felt away from home. This is probably the best compliment that I can give. Thank you Etti and Sujit. FYI, this was our first homestay experience.

Sublime homestay is tailor made for anyone seeking spacious and clean, family rooms with home cooked vegetarian food. The hosts are very professional and friendly. Food is as good as one can get, far better than any restaurant food. Excellent quality, clean beds, and very prompt housekeeping. 30 mins from the airport, right on the main road leading into the city. I will be not looking to book anywhere else wheni visit bhubaneswar next.

Nice place to stay, you can have your own time to carry out your tasks without any disturbance. Just like you are in your home.

The people at the stay were very warm and welcoming. They also had really cute guinea pigs. Had an amazing time with them. Everything was very well taken care off. The hosts are really sweet and make you comfortable the moment you step in.

Location is good, food is average and amenities are fine. The behaviour of the host is very nice. One should explore this place.

Our stay at sublime hosted by etti and sujit was extremely pleasant and satisfying. The property is adorned with carefully chosen artefacts spread across living room and walls. Etti is not only a gracious host but also a talented chef. We have been treated with various local flavours and culinary traditions. What sets apart is their genuine hospitality, their attention to their guests’ need.

Got it from mmt. Very well behaved and polite and milansaar with kids and all very neat and clean and area is quite big tourism help support ready always very interior rooms are expensive. Its ok okay but home food is quite quite very expensive cutlery must be used not of thermocol at least at this rate

You post very misleading pictures about property. Property shown is a very big place with its own compounds, garden etc. Whereas its a shared accommodation in a flat in a building. Charges are comparable to 4 star hotel but you are simply choked into a room with no leisurely stay.

This is one of the most comfortable bnbs i have stayed at. The family stays at the same property but they are not at all intrusive. The food is great. The cleanliness of the house, bathrooms is on point.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was minimalist and tastefully done. Balcony with plants added to the beauty of the room. The ginger n lemongrass tea gave us breath of freshness after an eight hour long drive. Altogether wonderful stay.
