Suhana Homestay (Rehman Hospital 2 minutes, Pratiksha and GNRC Hospital 5 minutes)

Booked a non ac room for rs. 670 using makemytrip. The room and the toilet was as clean as any high end Suhana Homestay (Rehman Hospital 2 minutes, Pratiksha and GNRC Hospital 5 minutes). No complaints on that. The caretaker was really good though. The only problem is they lock the property at 10. 30pm at night. That left me in a tight spot. I travel-led from tezpur to guwahati, just for one night to attend a show and it ended at 11pm. I was in between the show and they said they have to lock the property and can't allow me in now. But later when i reached the guy came out and let me in, got saved. But also, after this incident of coming at 11. 30 pm at night, changed the behavior of the caretaker completely. I kept asking for pardon and told him sorry and not to mind several times. Also gave him dozens of pitha while leaving the homestay. But he didn't even speak a word. That's the only con. If you are to return late, go somewhere else, this isn't a Suhana Homestay (Rehman Hospital 2 minutes, Pratiksha and GNRC Hospital 5 minutes), it's a homestay with some residents also living in the compound. Otherwise the rooms are just a class.

well Property is good but it's a bit far away from the main road, Reached at around 11PM in night, Caretakers were really Very HELPFUL & we ordered food from Swiggy. W I understand that it's worth it. now the Negatives. 1) Toilet COMMODE Seat was missing, so you can't use the TOILET for our allotted room number 4. 2) We had ordered for Lunch & the same was prepared by caretakers & we got delayed having lunch and while checking OUT at 2PM. OWNER was asking for ₹700 extra for 2 hours late check out, then he came down to ₹500 EXTRA & finally settled for ₹200 EXTRA. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL on that front. overall the place is clean & caretakers are very helpful.

I've stayed several times in this place earlier. And it used to be very good experience then. Sad to say that this time the experience was not up to mark in several aspects. Especially caretakers, the food they provide, it's horrible, and then they insist to eat their food, they give lessons on why we should not eat food outside and the food they prepare is better. I tried two meals then i'm done of their food. I doubt if i'll return to this place.

It was an wonderful experience staying in Suhana stay. Located in very calm place and very near to the market as well where it's easy to get can and can avail best service provided by the guest house owner. I have been staying most of the time for business and with my friends and we found it perfect. I would definitely recommend this home stay. It's totally value for money you paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Suhana. It was our second time. The room provided to us was spacious and clean. We recommend this homestay for all those who loves peaceful environment and wants to enjoy their vacation from the noise of the city. Most importantly the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The food was also satisfactory.

We as senior citizen found it very convenient and comfortable. Because the room is clean, food is provided as ordered by boarders. Guests are allowed to use the kitchen and cook food of their own. However one of the two blankets provided was not so clean. This should be corrected. Towels were clean. Hope to stay there in future.

It was more clean than i expected. The ac works well. However the wi-fi was slow. Other than the wifi, which i expected would be fast enough, i had a great stay. I had full privacy, which i very much like about it. I hate it when room service keeps entering the room every now and then. I would definitely stay there again

Very Nice Accomodation in whole dispur area, Visiting since 2 Years... Himanshu & Subrata - the caretakers , they manage everything with perfection.

It's like home away home, kitchen is also available

All facilities given there are good. Bedroom, bathroom, food service, service by caretaker all are upto the mark. No complain for anything.

Should try here had a great home stay experience.

Very nice staff, well mannered and happy to help always. As Homestay, food wasn't upto mark. But I strongly recommend this Homestay at Guwahati.

Hotel is nice for family and couples. Value for money

Washroom was not that clean enough, otherwise everything was fine.
