Sujan Residencys

Location is 300 meters from railway station. Room is spacious and washrooms are clean. 24/7 lift. Hot water runs on solar. In case of high occupancy or rainy seasons you may have difficulty. For now we did not had a problem. There is no restaurant but Sujan Residencyss are located just within 100 meters. This Sujan Residencys is just beside govindaraja swamy temple. Overall it is good stay. Note: the only disappointment we had is with checkin. There is no 24 hrs checkin/ checkout. It is between 12 pm to 12 pm. For early checkin they will charge you extra money. They charged 400 rs for 4 hours of early checkin though we checked out within 24 hours. Even make my trip is helpless. They said it should be paid if demanded by Sujan Residencys. So overall 1000 rs charged by make my trip and 400 by Sujan Residencys which is 1400 rs for a non ac room. This is very high and if you walk-in directly, you can get better price.

Decent rooms for family. Closer to govindraj swamy temple. Close proximity to railway station (walkable. Close proximity to srinivasm complex for boarding tirumala hill buses. Early check-in at nominal cost was well received at prior day notice, was handy. Got a travel contact for cab service for local visit- kanipakam 4 hour ride. For visiting 2 to 3 temples kalyan venkateswar swamy, chandragiri fort, kanipakam vinayaka temple, woodside Sujan Residencys for lunch and madurima family restaurant for parcel tiffins was excellent choice. Carrying food to tirumala was best decision.

The Sujan Residencys room w r t cost, it was good but i already told to manager that thet should take some measures on the following as i booked through mmt and seen past posting while booking. Fan regulator is not working well, basin tap need repairing, back side door of bathroom is uncleaned. They must also do something on room service, if possible with in this price. Thanks.

Room is very good, but the staff did not keep the room available for us and asked us to check out by 12pm. When we arrived there, they said no room available then after 15min, one room got vacated then they gave us room but they told check out should be 12pm. Means within 3hrs. We had to argue with them for justice.

Close to railway station, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to govinda temple, good place to stay for family. Good place for couple. Easy to travel. If you want to near bust stop or railway station it's good place near to ssd token counter. Just beside govinda temple.

Very very great service and room service very clean. Very very comfortable for family members. They can arrange all the things for going to temple and railway station and food ordering and delivery in our room

This place is good for short trips. I booked my stay because of the locality both the bus stop and railway station are with in 600 m from the Sujan Residencys. Overall i am satisfied with my stay.

It was a nice stay at an affordable price. Rooms were neat. Bathrooms were hygienic. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay and it was near to railway station(240m) and bus stand(1. 2km.

Location is very good. Beside is govindraja temple. Find by mmt. All staff is very supporting. Hotel room is very clean.
