Well behaved staff, easily reachable, good service. Worth it. All the necessary amenities was available and food was excellent.

In One word "Excellent* Room Was Clean and Full natural Light from Window LOCATION IS EASY TO REACH

While check in there was no water bottle (included) in the room, so i called at reception to inform about this..they told us to call the restaurant, they will arrange. At the time of check out, while paying the bill for dinner, they overcharged us by including the water bottle bill to the actual bill.. when we confronted the receptionist (Amar), he started insulting us by saying we are telling lie and blamed us. We also told him to ask the previous receptionist about the phone call we have done but he was very rude and egoist. he was like "itna bda hotel chala rhe hain".. it is not the matter of just 40 rupees. It is about the blame, the lie and the audacity of not accepting his fault. Very disgraceful.. is this how they treat the guest... Very pathetic.

Location was apt. Parking is sorted. Room itself and amenities were also fine. Food was not upto the mark. Water was charged overpriced!

Hotel is very clean nd ambience is good. Overall very good experience. This is my second tym. Prices varies time to time.

Very small room, dirty, washroom was smelly, room was smelly, bed and pillow sheets are also seems dirty used, room floor was watery, no sleepers, Terrible experience, 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The photos shows that there is a garden in hotel campus which is not true, also the rooms are very small, especially the basic rooms.
