Sukhdham Kothi

Over all good place for people who want to enjoy heritage properties with lot of greenery . Food was good. The property staff is very courteous. There were lot of peacocks which made me really very happy.

My recent stay at the sukhdham kothi was a delightful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend the sukhdham kothi for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location.

The stay was excellent and so was the food. Very polite and friendly staff. The complete experience with the stay was great. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Property is good appearance in historical and maintained well. Only problem is that food arranyand taste is not so good average. Free breakfast was well arranged but had to ask them to org-anise the same. There was no buffet hence ordered personally. Location is good and middle of the city near to the railway station and all means of transport available easily. Outside dinning area is nice and morning birds chirping sounds will give you positive vibes. Overall good for family and couple booking. According to me not good for business booking.

I didn't get a bill from the hotelier on reception at the time of check out. Now how can i claim it from my company as it being an official trip?

Services are very very poor - even 1 star hotel would be much better than this. No one is available to answer your request at reception

Property is excellent, food is good, the only thing which need to be improved that services. Maximum time no one is available on reception to answer your request. Even had to get down twice to place my tea request

Not good at all. It is ok for stay when professional places are packed. Food was ok. No lift stairs are also steep

My stay was comfortable, and i liked staff's behaviour and hospitality. Room was clean, and food was tasty. I highly recommend sukhdham kothi, and would like to stay again if i get a chance

Our stay & experience here was top-notch. Nice room, wonderful ambience with the room setup. Nice cozy bed. And yes, a big bathroom. The swimming pool experience was good. The surrounding lawn area had lots of trees, full of birds & peacocks. Sets up the ambience even better

First of all the manager was not at all professional did not greet nicely and the experience was not at all welcoming, the staff were rude, on their site they have written - "swimming pool & vintage swimming pool" shows their swimming pool as a main attraction but the swimming pool had not been cleaned during the entire winter season & manager refused to get it cleaned, one of the reason i chose d this hotel is for swimming pool and i was so upset because none of my issues has been resolved. It feels like i wasted my money on this stay.

Pros: 1. If you are looking for good food, then this is the right place in city like kota. 2. Pool cons: 1. Hygiene issue 2. Beds and beddings were not clean 3. You can not step in the balcony without slippers, and chairs were dirty. No electricity connection in the balcony. 4. Room service is slow. 4 only 2 charging points: i. E of tv and electric kettle.

Simple and oil free dishes. Special compliments for stuff paratha.

was on a business visit and due to unexpected rush in city , checked in to the property which is in a great location and picturesque architecture with colourful peacocks and squirrels all around. with lushy green meadows and mangoes hanging all around it was great , but disturbed my sleep , honestly I'm not accustomed to noises as living always in high rise , sound proof apartments , and was bit tired of seeing few lizards 😅 which is not my close friends. But might be a good place for holiday seeking guys with a pool bar in greens and nice and warm staff taking care of you

Apart from a scenic property, good location and great service, there are some little things which are needed by a guest which were missing unfortunately. The first is reception, which was not an expected warm welcome, one expects. Also it was left empty most of the time. Secondly, no power points to charge a mobile phone. They were there, but dysfunctional. Only one power point worked, that too of a tea kettle. Thirdly, awful smell in empty unused toilet.

Initially i was disappointed, but later on after settling, we really enjoyed our stay. Food was awesome. Though a little bland for me, but on request chef accommodated us n prepared d food to suit our palate

Hotel is not ultra luxury but the tariff too was reasonable so it was value for money. The location is fabulous in the quiet green parts of the city. The heritage property is open and elaborate with lovely lawns and open air pool side restaurant with excellent ambience. The room was large, toilet too, basic in look and feel. Bed was too soft for our comfort. There was a lovely sitting area on the terrace. The breakfast was basic in choice but quality was excellent. The staff was most helpful and warm. Most importantly, the stay was very relaxed and peaceful.
