SukhSagar Gir Resort

Sukh sagar gir Resort is located at Sasan approx 1. 5 km away from Sinh sadan. We were visited Sukh sagar gir resort with family and friends. It was really Nice stay at Subh sagar. Stay was peaceful, pleasant, and comfortable. Food was really good. We were in the all meals package. Lunch was on Punjabi theme. Dinner was on kathiyawadi theme. And breakfast was also very Nice. It was really Nice weekend at Subh sagar. Flock dance of Sidi badsah was very exciting. Room was clean and good. Room is maintain with small refrigerator, A/c, and LED TV. Room interior and furniture is Nice and maintained nicely to facilitate comfortable stay. Room Is also surrounded by greenery. Bathroom is also good and big enough. Test of drinking water was not so good. Swimming pool is also very Nice. Resort located on the road near lord’s SukhSagar Gir Resort. Parking facility is also available. Atmosphere is very Nice and sounded by mango trees farm. Small game-zone is also available. But it is not sufficient for 43 rooms. Game zone is very small and average. It is not very big resort but in the queue of small SukhSagar Gir Resorts and resorts it is worth enough for value for money. Affordable and enjoyable holidays can be plan in sukh sagar gir resort. Staff behavior is also good. Staffs are much cordial and are cooperative. Over all satisfactory hospitality was offered at subh sagar gir resort. Small children play area is also there. But it is small and average in condition. Overall good resort and value for money.

Good: I went to this resort in Dec. Stayed in Royal AC room which was very spacious. Good AC, Good Single-cot bed. Staff was friendly. Helped us in booking cab for Pickup and Drop from nearby city. Also helped in finding a laundry which was otherwise not provided by the resort. 30 min of evening dance show. Bonfire and Music. Lot of area to have a nice evening stroll. Average: High Tea. Tea is hot and nice, but snacks is only biscuit. Coffee is Nescafe Instant coffee packet with milk. Cable TV, Uncomfortable mattress on the double cot, Cleanliness in the backyard. Construction work sometimes may be heard as there is a lot of renovation going on. Bad: Breakfast menu and taste needs a lot of improvement. Bread is only white-bread. They blacken the bread when they toast. Better do it yourself. Don't even think of eating south-Indian as they have absolutely no-clue how it tastes. It is just not in this resort, but observed the same across Gujarat which I think is obvious. Ugly: The temperature of food. The food is tasty if you happen to go early to the restaurant, otherwise you are sure to find only cold food. No care is taken to keep the lids on the dishes. The electric stove for the dishes do not do any good job in keeping the heat.

Me along with my 4 friends had gone to Girl for Lion safari. We did some searches regarding accommodation. We were looking at 4 points, viz, 1) location near to Sinh Sadan/Sasan, 2) Require swimming pool, 3) Good food 4) Cost.We finalized on Sukhsagar Gir. Booking was seamless with MakemyTrip with some discounts. Stayed there from 3 June to 5 June.The Sukhsagar Gir Resort is located on road, some 2 kms before Sasan, while coming from Junagadh. The property is good, with mango trees, kids play area, swimming pool, restaurant. We had booked standard. AC room, which is big enough to have 2 extra beds/mattresses. Food was buffet breakfast & meal only. Kids pool & adult pool size is good. What I liked most was responsive staff. However, a big letdown was foul sewage smell coming from new under construction building. Rooms were not clean, Swimming pool was OK (the water pump had broken down, but they were repairing it). Service in restaurant was slow. I believe that, since remaining construction will start as Gir safari closes, they will be able to sort out these nagging issues. I hope they will strive hard to get more good ratings.

We stayed in Sukh Sagar Gir Resort on 1st Jan 2017. We booked two AC rooms. The location of the SukhSagar Gir Resort is very good (1. 5 km from the gate of jungle safari). The supporting staff of the SukhSagar Gir Resort are well-mannered and good. The SukhSagar Gir Resort has a swimming pool and play area for children. However, the food was average and expensive. We had complimentary breakfast but not many options were there in the breakfast. Apart from food, the rooms are clean and the SukhSagar Gir Resort is very good if you opt to stay at Sasan Gir...

We stayed for a night at one of the tent AC rooms. It is welding and captures the mood of camping. The service was awesome. We wanted to check out early and they prepared the complimentary breakfast earlier specifically for us. However, they can surely improve upon the hygiene. The mosquitoes in the tent can be a nuisance. Also, the tents are not soundproof which is not necessarily a bad thing. The pool is not maintained. But the location is awesome for the money they charge. I would visit this place again next time I visit Sasan.

We booked this SukhSagar Gir Resort at a very reasonable rate from MakeMyTrip. Hotel rooms were beyond our expectation and they were very spacious. Plenty of greeneries were there. Also, they arranged a cultural programme in the evening. The restaurant is also very good though options were less. We have been there with some elderly persons and a 2 year old kid, but never faced any problem anywhere during the stay. We highly recommend this SukhSagar Gir Resort. Stayed March 2016, travelled with family.

Hotel is a real resort located within mango farm. Stand alone AC tents. Room size good. Bathroom size also good. Front is also good. Swimming pool is a great attraction with clean water. Games zone is also good for change for kids. But the double bed size is a little small. Cleanliness in bathroom is normal. Staff is good. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Outside toilet block is not maintained properly. Overall preferable choice with family and kids. Thanks.

Had a delightful stay up until the day when we were supposed to check out and they couldn't even send someone to take our luggage down as they had some group check-in. Besides that the stay was nice. The food is good. The staff is very polite but they get baffled when they see crowds. Property is very neat and spacious. As it is quite new it feels pretty good. I hope they keep up their standards and do better to manage the rush.

I have booked AC tent, when reached there it was having some technical issue, without my knowledge they have upgraded to AC cottage free of cost. I was amazed to see their hospitality. Superb place to get relaxed in Gir. 100% recommended.

I booked this through MMT and had an wonderful experience. The Location is good, the rooms are well organized and clean. Restaurant has good food. They can include few more gaming activities for Kids. They helped us with Camp Fire and Music in lawn on request.

We booked resort from Make my trip. Room service was not good. Food was avarge. They can add variety in food. They should provide WiFi service. And price was not worth to the serive and rooms and other facilities. Overall, the resort was not so good as we expected.

Nice place, staff are very co-operative and helpful. Stay is excellent. Nice service provide. Place is good for relation and romatic environment. Good place for picnic with children or with family member. It is also Nice place for couples. Overall very Nice stay at here.

Nice location in jungle. Really enjoyed my weekend. Swimming pool was good and enjoyed so much in pool. Helpful staff and was always there for us at any time when in problem. My family and I enjoyed a lot.

Superb natural surroundings. Surrounded with mango trees. Nice individual villa rooms. Food was also good. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Bathrooms were also too big. But hot water was not properly coming.

Nice place. Hotel is under renovation but then also they maintain well. Nice and cooperative managerial staff. Some lag in cleaning. Nice swimming pool. Nice Mango tree at the back and also nearer to Lion Safari.

Everything was just superb the food and facilities and service but one thing I think cleaning was little poor. Even they are so busy they are proper service provider. And one most thing that you can get proper meal on time

Rooms were not fully prepared as the building was in construction mode. So, it was not at all looks like even SukhSagar Gir Resort, es specially the rooms given to us. Atleast they have to inform the fact before taking room booking. Except this staff was also very cooperative. I would like to go there after the renovation will completed

Room was spacious and had a wooden touch which makes you feel like you are staying in jungle. Service and hygiene was very good. Also had good walking area and pool outside. A trip to remember and thank to such a beautiful resort.
